  At Wingate Cove winter came early before maintenance could clean leaves from the gutters. There was a break in the winter this week and Linda Malborn was able to get the work accomplished on short notice. A big thanks for getting it done!

  I've been dealing with Linda Malbon at Evergreen Management for quite a few years now. Recently I became inpatient over an upcoming repair and was inappropriate with an email that I wrote to her. Linda handled it with kindness and professionalism and I ended up apologizing for my words. Linda has been providing excellent support for as long as I can remember and that's what I need to remember. I greatly appreciate her assistance and readiness to help both recently and over the years.

I have found Tobin and Linda to communicate efficiently within the communities they serve as with the vendors they do business with.
