  Joe is the best! We started working with Joe in 2022 with the purchase of a home in NH. Joe was and is incredibly knowledgeable; organized; responsive; trustworthy; well respected; and he always treats you like you are his number one priority. We have utilized Joe several more times in 2024 with a refinance and again in 2026 with the sale of a home. We have also contacted Joe, out of the blue, with random questions and he recalls each of our encounters like we spoke yesterday.   I look forward to recommending Joe Lemenager to anyone and everyone I speak to. Joe was always available to answer any questions— he always showed patience, kindness, and cared very much about our full understanding of the process. I knew if I threw a question his way, I’d have a complete understanding to follow. Joe made himself available day and night and truly went the extra mile for every single part of the process. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful and having someone as incredible as Joe on your team completely alleviates extra stress. I am so grateful for him and all of his patience, hard work, time, and reassurance. My husband and I feel so great about our new mortgage and we owe all of that to Joe!   It’s pretty rare to work with someone twice on something as stressful and important as buying a home and walk away feeling even more grateful the second time around, but that’s exactly how we feel about Joe and Omni Mortgage. Joe originally helped us purchase our first home back in 2023, and when it came time for us to move and upgrade to a new place, there was never a question about who we wanted to work with again. From the very beginning of the process, Joe was there every step of the way helping us figure out numbers, explore options, and honestly determine what would and wouldn’t work for us financially. One of the biggest things that sets Joe apart is how available and responsive he is. No matter how small, random, or complicated our questions were, he always took the time to answer quickly and explain everything in a way that actually made sense. Buying and selling a home at the same time can feel overwhelming, but Joe has a way of making the process feel manageable and clear. We also ended up taking his recommendation for a realtor, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during this move. It really showed us how much Joe cares about the entire experience, not just the mortgage side of things. Honestly, without Joe’s collaboration, guidance, and willingness to work through every scenario with us, I don’t think we would have been able to make the numbers work for our new home.
