  I have worked with Joe over the past few yrs and can’t say enough about his patience, professionalism and service. I had been on a quest to find a condo or small house for over 3 yrs, and with each question or inquiry on potential purchase, Joe was always responsive and able to give me a prompt estimate. I had lots of ongoing questions along my journey before I had to put my housing search to rest (for now), and Joe was always more than helpful. While my housing search has to be put on hold for a little while, I will be sure to use him again in the future as my mortgage broker.

  Joe and his team are so easy to work with. We were recommended to Joe and so happy that we were. He made the mortgage process very easy. He is very responsive and knowledgeable and explains everything very well. Definitely would recommend!

  Joe Lemenager went above and beyond to manage a complicated situation, allowing me to buy my new home before my old one sold! I can't say enough about his professionalism, helpfulness, and guidance. I would use his services again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend Joe!!!

  Joe L. was our broker through our first home-buying process. When we met him we were anxious, had a million questions, and not a lot of prior guidance. We quickly learned he was the perfect lending partner for us! He is incredibly kind, patient, professional, approachable, and was always available for anything we needed! During our home-buying process, Joe also introduced us to Jared W. After setting the bar so high we didn’t think we would get that lucky twice and we absolutely did. Together they kept us informed, we always had support no matter what came up, and they were incredibly calming, diligent, and level headed. It was so nice to know that not only our primary lending partner was exceptional, but that we could also expect that same level of diligence with other members of his team. We always left conversations with Joe and Jared feeling an incredible sense of relief knowing we were in good hands. We never felt judged even when we felt as asked silly questions or needed to be walked through something more than once. They were amazing advocates, and we loved getting to know them through this process. We’ll never work with anyone else but these two for any home financing needs! Thank you both for everything!
