  I can’t recommend Mike at Nextgen Mortgage highly enough! He's helped me through multiple mortgages and refinances over the years, and every experience has been outstanding. He is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and always takes the time to explain the process. What really sets Mike apart is that he genuinely cares about his clients. He consistently works hard to find the best options and makes a very stressful situation feel a lot more manageable If you’re looking for someone you can trust who will always put your best interests first, then Mike at Nextgen is the one to call. I’m incredibly grateful for all of his help over the years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or refinance their home. Five stars all the way!

  We were told a million different numbers throughout the process in terms of closing costs and expenses, and it felt like we were a tad deceived on the houses we could look for. Between my realtor and broker, they definitely tried to steer us toward more expensive houses. They had a lot more talks between themselves while keeping us out of the loop as well. But hey, at least we got a house finally.
