  I been living here in this apartment complex for 15 years a n d every since eagle rock took over it has gotten very bad. The smoking in the building I live in is bad and nothing gets done about it. Even though in the lease when a tenant sign it management does nothing only say the need "documentation to do anything about it. They don't have to live in conditions like this. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. I have actually told people that it's not a good place to be. I have to say that Tom and Cody do an amazing job with what they do. We had to be without working washers and dryers for a long period of time. For the amount of rent we pay that is unacceptable. When Tom took on the maintenance I have to say some things changed but he can only do so much. I didn't want to do a bad review but I am tired of having the second hand smoke coming into my apartment each and everyday. Good luck anyone who moves in.

  My apartment was infected with cock roaches. I got charged $ 400 for dog fee, I have never owned a dog. I got harassed every day with phone calls demanding I pay them $400 for dog rent. The first day I moved in the bathtub was clogged. I had to go to home depot to get a tool to unclog it. They were 2 broken blinds. I got charged for them. They took $ 568 out my security deposit for carpet cleaning and other fees I got charged for. I moved out first week of May, I paid them for the entire month. Bad experience. It's not fair they took my money unfairly.

  Having lived at Eagle Rock for 3 years enjoyed my experience. The property was always generally well maintained, any and all required assistance and concerns were dealt with in timely manner, and staff was always kind.

  Recently, a family member had fall outside at Eagle Rock. No problem due to Eagle Rock. The manager, Shely happened to be driving by. She stopped, and kindly helped the person up.She also helped on getting up the outside steps. And , she offered to get help ifneeded.She was kind,and so nice to stop. We appreciate what she did...She was positive....

  Tom is the best maintenance staff we have had the whole time I have lived here! He goes above and beyond to make sure any issues brought to his attention are fixed in a timely manner! Cody is also amazing as well and always helping anyway he can! These two man are amazing and SO glad we finally have a team that gets the job done!!
