Moved a few weeks ago. So far, the experience has been great. The staff have been very responsive and helpful, especially Ron who helped us to obtain this unit. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and very pleasant. The community has been very welcoming and friendly. The apartment itself has been well-maintained and very comfortable. Overall, this has been a really great experience

Great place to stay! The location of Bay Ridge is convenient. You are easily able to get on Route 3 to drive down into MA or further up in NH. The community is friendly and the nature is beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive. If you need anything, they are responsive. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and very good at responding emails in a timely manner. Good leasing options and fast xfinity wifi options from 300mbps-1Gb. Only thing keeping them from a 5star rating is the apartment.its definitely old but newly renovated by looks of it. In the walk through i did not notice that there is no ceiling light in the bedroom, theres a couple light switches that do nothing, so the bedroom is pitch black at night, just had to get a lamp at Walmart to light up the room. Same with the living room, theres only a light on the other side of the living room which is not bright enough to provide light for the whole room, and to turn it on you need to walk into the kitchen. So when you walk into the unit at night it’s completely dark until you get to the kitchen to turn on lights, because again the light switch next to the main door does nothing and theres no other ceiling lights. Otherwise its an okay apartment, seems like nice safe area, very aesthetic from the outside, nice neighborhood and neighbors so far.
Great experience so far. Bay Ridge seems like a wonderful place to live! If I had to recommend someone, Ronald's your guy. He's been super attentive and helpful with everything so far. Bay Ridge seems like a great place to live!

There is a serious problem with the flooring! It’s paper thin and I have toddlers who, as any toddlers in the world, love to play run and jump. I don’t know what to do because I spend the entire day trying to hold them back from moving around. This is a huge issue. It’s causing lots is disturbances to everyone around us and I’m trying so hard but at the end of the day how can I prevent my toddlers from being toddlers?
