Bay Ridge is honestly one of the best places I've ever stayed—and I'm so glad I made the decision to move here when I first came to the U.S. The moment I walked in, this community just felt like home.
The staff has been absolutely amazing, and Karen, our facility manager, is a standout. She’s gone above and beyond for every single request I’ve had—whether it was sorting out a parking spot or handling maintenance issues. She’s responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about making life easier for residents.
What really makes Bay Ridge special is the location. It’s close to all the amenities you need, so you never have to drive far for anything. I’ve loved every moment I’ve spent here, and as I renew my lease, I’m excited to know my future at Bay Ridge will be even more enjoyable.
The amenities are fantastic too:
- Pickleball courts
- Great barbecue areas for gatherings
- A dedicated dog park (my pup loves it)
- A solid gym
- And the best part for me: in-unit laundry
If you’re looking for a community that feels welcoming, has incredible staff, and offers real convenience, Bay Ridge is it. I can’t recommend it enough.

I have lived at Bay Ridge Apartments for two years now and I could not have picked a better development in Nashua , N.H. The development sits quietly near spitbrook, a major road to route 3.. The amount of wildlife we coexist with is amazing. Moreover, the maintenance department and office staff are so friendly and professional. I am so happy I chose to live here with my best friend!
Avoid this place like the plague. Management has gown way down hill. Way overpriced. Can find more affordable and friendly options down the road. Avoid this faceless property management company if you can
We have lived at Bay Ridge for 5 plus years. Over the years we have submitted multiple break / fix tickets and they were completed in a timely manner. We love that about Bay Ridge, and it was one of the biggest reasons we stayed. I’m not sure what changed, whether management or the technicians, but this current Bay Ridge is nothing like the past. We submitted a ticket because our AC was not working. We didn’t hear anything back from management or the technicians for a month. We then submitted a different ticket for the same issue. At this time is when a technician reached out saying they needed to order parts. This was never communicated to us and we even think they might have forgotten about our issue until the second ticket was submitted. We are now currently going on month 3 with no AC. No compensation or discount was given for living 3 months without central AC which is one of the benefits they list on their units. Management provided only one window AC after the second ticket. The AC unit helps but now our electricity bill is sky rocking while we still pay the same rent without the amenities they advertised.
