  Brenda was recommended to us by our mortgage broker when we were looking for homes in the Southern NH market. We met with Brenda, and put her through a bit of an interview process as we wanted to make sure we had the "right" realtor to work with - not just knowing the market, but what was important to us, what was realistic for our budget, and how to best approach a search. Having worked with a number of realtors before, we had a pretty good idea of how we wanted to work with a realtor. Brenda handled it completely in stride, had a very compelling track record, and was incredibly friendly and professional. As we started our search, she listened and learned what we were like, and what would resonate with us. She was always in touch, but in a very respectful and positive manner. After finding the home we wanted, she was an incredible and resourceful negotiator, and came up with a pretty creative way to differentiate our offer in a competitive situation. And finally, she brought the deal to a close quickly, resolved any issues that arose, and arranged every bit of the transaction so it executed flawlessly.
