  My experience at the Edgebrook has been wonderful. The management team has been friendly and helpful. They have organized community events for the residents. The maintenance requests have been few but dealt with promptly. The entire building is clean and quiet. I could not be happier anywhere else.

  I would give it zero if there is an option for that. I would NOT recommend Edgebrook at all. As many reviews have suggested, the new management SUCKS. The only thing the new manger, Kevin Silva does, is to overcharge you. He finds every possible excuse to charge you additional fees. After our 2-year lease expired (the rent was $2500 for a 2-year lease), we wanted to renew one additional month. He charged us $3500 per month. When we moved out, we left the apartment really clean but deposit was only returned partially. We have stayed at many apartment complexes before and always received full deposit. A LOT of residents complain about the new management.

  Many times, I needed to take the stairs up multiple flights of stairs (elevator broken and was down over 15+ occasions) and building evacuated multiple times due to CO2 or smoke alarm. Residents smoke cigarettes in their cars with the engine turned on directly in front of the main entrance where you walk into second hand smoke daily in communal areas and elevator. Cigarette butts are left all over the property throughout the grounds everywhere you walk. Fire hazard as they are directly by the front door to the main entrance, lit on a daily occurrence. This is a smoking building although they say it isn’t. The units themselves are relatively new (which attracted me to the place initially) but the confluence of other issues, leave me with a poor opinion overall. The positive is the maintenance team is phenomenal.
