  Navigating your first home purchase can be overwhelming, and choosing Brandon as our agent was the best decision we could have made. He made himself available whenever we had questions or wanted to see a listing, and his knowledge of virtually every aspect of real estate was invaluable throughout the process. One of the reasons we initially chose Brandon was his experience as an appraiser, but what truly stood out was how invested he was in helping us find the right home. We never felt pressured and always felt that he had our best interests at heart. He genuinely cared about finding the perfect fit for us, and his guidance, responsiveness, and expertise made the entire experience far less stressful. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

  Brandon was able to take a tough and stressful "weeks-long" experience and make it bearable. Where our bank was difficult and normally I'd be losing my mind, Brandon was ablw to step in and act as our buffer. He stayed on top of all aspects of the purchase of our new home. He provides truly exceptional "best in class" service. I hope to never buy another house, but if I do, I'll be calling!

  Working with Brandon made the whole home selling and buying experience very easy and painless. Brandon explains everything very thoroughly the whole way. I always knew exactly what was going on and he kept me up to date on every scheduled event.   Brandon is the most talented real estate broker that I’ve ever dealt with. He is ultra responsive, knowledgeable and professional.   We used W Real Estate for both the sale of our previous home, and the purchase of our new home, and I can't speak highly enough of W Real Estate, and specifically our experience using Brandon as our realtor. Brandon went out of his way to make the oft-stressful processes of buying and selling as painless as possible. He was the complete professional, while maintaining a very reassuring, and friendly, approach. He gave great advice where needed, but also listened to our concerns and ideas.
