  I am very pleased with my decision to move here. The property manager, Tammy DiMaggio, is stellar. She is super helpful and always answers questions, promptly. Marty, in maintenance, is prompt, efficient and professional. The property is safe and quiet. The tenants I've met are wonderful. The proximity to necessities and the highway makes it a convenient choice while not located right in the heart of the city. So far apartment living is good. I highly recommend Eagle Rock.

  Great management assistance and simple renting process. Just wanted to give a shout out to Tammy who really is a stellar example of what to ask for in a leasing agent/apartment manager. Everything went well with my renting experience here and I would recommend it.

  I applied for the one of the property and from the beginning. The manager gave me the hard time. When I called to see the property, she said the income suppose to be 3 times then the rent amount. I provided all the info. Then she said I need to provide 3 years taxes, 3 months bank statement. Heeeellloooo I’m not buying, I’m renting. I’m currently renting and nobody before asked me that. I waisted my time and $50 application fee for nothing. I knew it from the beginning after I applied when she called to get additional info, which was not required she was going to declined, she was looking for the reason and couldn’t find it and denied it. Very unprofessional and not polite at all. My first experience like this. I have no idea how she is managing the property.
