  If I didn’t retire, my business, I would still be renting from Ben and John. We had the best experience with them as landlords, I had my share of landlords in the past and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I wish them nothing but the best!

  I rented office space for my business for 14 years, first from Ben, then from his sons, Ben & Jon. It has been a great experience! They were always very responsive to my needs, even when that meant downsizing. I will sum up my experience in 5 words. "These guys care about people".   The managers of W Properties have been kind, professional, responsive, and reliable. The property was in great condition when we moved in, and all utilities and fixtures work perfectly. Our apartment’s design and construction has impressed both me and my spouse. For example, there are many outlets; some are switch-controlled, which has made outfitting our apartment with lamps an amazing experience. Additionally, the kitchen is modern and well-designed for easy cooking. The bathroom is easy to clean and is also modern and updated. We love it!
