  I was one of the first buyers. I put down a deposit before the road even started. I was just very impressed with the Architecture of the proposed homes. Over the months that it took to get the road in and build my home I got to know the builder very well. As a builder myself, having developed hundreds of homes in Connecticut,, I have a pretty good understanding of what it takes. It’s my impression that Mike genuinely wants to build a high-quality home and goes out of his way to make sure every buyer is happy to the best of his ability I’m extremely glad that I bought here. I’m very happy with the quality of my home. I would recommend these homes to anyone looking in the area and I have done so

  We couldn’t be any happier with our decision to build a new home at Our Lady of the Lakes Estates! We received constant personalized attention from our builder throughout the entire process, which allowed us to build an amazing, unique, custom home! From a custom shiplap fireplace and accent wall, to tray ceilings, custom flooring, whole home generator, irrigation which is able to be controlled remotely through an app if we are away from home, water circulator which delivers hot water within seconds from the on demand water heater, spray foam insulation, and plastered walls we were continually impressed with the quality of the construction throughout the process. Every wish for every upgrade or individualized element was honored and delivered flawlessly. I cannot emphasize enough what a positive experience it was to work with this builder/developer!

  Quality homes!! It has been a pleasure working with Mike, the builder. He has always made himself available to answer our questions and has been highly responsive whenever we needed items changed or fixed. Additionally, the neighbors have been very welcoming and friendly. We are enjoying our quality home and highly recommend the Lady of the Lakes Estates.

  After spending years in a more rural setting, we were delighted to have found Lady of the Lakes. The setting has just the right amount of infrastructure without the feeling of suburbia. We were difficult buyers, having built ourselves. It took Mike to build and offer just what we were looking for. We arrived at the job site to find the developer knee deep in his project, available to answer all questions and meet any needs. No one’s building anything this nice for this price in the region. We went with a walk-out ranch and love it.
