  Absolutely horrible, unprofessional, dishonest, shady, incompetent, unresponsive, misinformed and just plain stupid company and people. Horrific experience as a homeowner at a condominium. They didn’t pay water bills for nine months. Imagine your job is to pay a condos bills and you can’t? We had water tags on our doors as we all paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars. We had about four “managers” and when one quit they acted as if no prior information had ever existed. A condo fee? What’s that! I didn’t work here before! Then when it’s finally time for us to have a meeting with this company, some old blond lady wouldn’t even give us her name or title and some girl Catherine who also refused to give her title, had a lawyer who they NEVER MET WITH SPEAK FOR THEM. They “lost” a check for almost one thousand dollars for 10 months. No one knows why we’re all constantly charged a mer $15 and no one knows why our bills weren’t paid and no one knows how they covered our late fees- so better business bureau it is. Something ain’t right here and I advise away from them as a property manager!

  left so far 4 messages with 3 different people at this firm you appear to say your a helpful management company i would really hate to see if I had an emergency such poor customer service I wouldn't use you if you were the last company in the world I would pay tripple before I would use you I feel bad for the people on derryfield estates for having such a poor provider for condo association For the record my number is Michael Avola Derry nh When u hear my 4 messages dont bother calling I wont answer you shame on your poor returning of messages I hope im able to leave a google review This was my email to theese people

  *Renters beware!!!!!!!* over the past year I have lived here we have been targeted and harassed. You will get a fine from them without any proof of it happening. Karla picks who she bullies and we have unfortunately been at the tail end of it. It is disgusting and shameful that someone can get away with this for over a year. They will tow your car and they won’t even deliver a parking sticker for!! Unlawful seizure and harassment shame on you guys.

  RENTERS BEWARE: A “neighbor” that lives in the same building as me attempted a HOME INVASION BY FORCED ENTRY of my unit. Evergreen, specifically KARLA, did absolutely nothing for weeks after I reported the issue multiple times. KARLA did not notify either property owner of this home invasion, nor did she ever even ask us if we were ok, or if our unit was ok. Instead, KARLA gave me attitude each time I called. She seemed so annoyed that we had the nerve to call property mgmt after our home was invaded by other tenants. Paying nearly 2500$ a month to live in an old projects building would be fine if management wasn’t incompetent. I have never felt so disrespected by a company that is supposed to be a resource for tenants and owners.

  If I could give -1 I would. They do not return emails and calls for weeks. We have safety concerns that have been ignored. Residents have been taking care of things themselves which is unacceptable. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. All they want is the money and too dam lazy to do the work. Stuck in a contract with them.
