I’ve been dealing the them through a customer as they manage their association. Great to deal with this far. They have been accommodating and understanding. And went out of their way to get me a deposit on a job that we had some misunderstandings on from the get go.. GREAT BUSINESS SENSE!

I received a message from Evergreen Management that they did an outdoor inspection of my condo (2nd floor unit) and I’m receiving a fee of $15 because they said I didn’t have a screen door to my deck. I do have a screen door to my deck, they just couldn’t see it. So you figured they would remove the $15 fee and say “sorry, our mistake!” No, they said the $15 fee is just a processing fee to let me know I might receive a $50 fine! So because they made a mistake, I’m being charged $15? These people are ridiculous, avoid at all costs.

Double charged me for my condo fees after I called to confirm that I still needed to pay for June. I’ve now spent 2 weeks trying to get a reimbursement with very little to no communication/response. Still have not received the reimbursement.
With everyday comes another obstacle. Poor turnaround time, lack of urgency, no return communication from certain individuals, and a general lack of professionalism.
