  Our experience with Dave Myer as our realtor was outstanding. We found Dave to be personable and extremely knowledgeable in navigating through a very competitive and tight housing market. After an open house, we had a good feeling about a beautiful, single, one-floor home in a lovely condominium community in NH. We immediately contacted Dave that same afternoon and he met us at the house the next day. We wanted to see the home through Dave's eyes. He spent quite a lot of time walking through the house with us and giving his feedback. That afternoon, we went forward with a competitive offer that was formulated by Dave. Houses in this particular community do not become available often, and we wanted to move quickly. Dave's attention and expertise made our offer stand out and the final outcome was that we got the home of our dreams. We are grateful to Dave for helping us navigate through the negotiation and inspection process and the closing. He was a wonderful resource of excellent recommendations as well for repairs such as Radon Mitigation, plumbing, and so forth, all services that we required. His response time to various texts and questions was timely and thorough. Because of our confidence in Dave and his expertise as a realtor, we have recommended him to our son who is looking to purchase a home within the next 6 months. We would recommend Dave without reservation to any of our friends in the future. He is one of the best realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with.
