My experience with this property was extremely disappointing and ultimately resulted in me having to break my lease. On June 15, I deposited $1,045 in cash into the leasing office’s payment drop box after communicating with the office regarding my payment. The following day, I was told that only $245 had been received, leaving an $800 discrepancy. I understand the property normally prefers money orders or electronic payments, but based on my communication with the office, I believed I had received approval to make the payment in cash. What was especially frustrating was the explanation that residents could potentially access the drop box. From my understanding and experience with the box, it was secured and required a key to access. Regardless of how the discrepancy occurred, I was the one left dealing with the financial consequences. Late fees and additional charges caused the amount I owed to increase by several hundred dollars, and the situation became financially unsustainable. This also wasn’t my only issue with the property. When I first moved in, I dealt with roaches as well as an unusually large amount of other bugs, including beetles and spiders. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I expected better communication, professionalism, and accountability when dealing with something as serious as a resident’s payment. This situation ultimately forced me to break my lease, which is something I never expected to have to do. I would strongly recommend anyone renting here keep detailed records of every payment and get important communication in writing.
I have lived at Wildewood Commons for the past three years, and during that time I have seen so many positive changes. The property is well maintained, and it’s clear that both the office staff and maintenance team genuinely care about the community.
The maintenance staff is always professional, responsive, and takes pride in completing work orders in a timely manner. The office staff is kind, compassionate, and always willing to help residents with any questions or concerns.
One of my favorite improvements has been the resident events they regularly host. These events have done a wonderful job of bringing neighbors together and creating a stronger sense of community.
Overall, my experience living at Wildewood Commons has been nothing but positive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Incredibly disappointed in my touring experience here. I had a tour scheduled for 2:00pm and received both an email and a text confirmation the day of my tour. I proceeded to arrive to find that no one was in the leasing office. I attempted to call multiple times with no response. I arrived at 1:45 and waited until 2:20 until I eventually received a response. They told me the office was closed for the day and I would need to reschedule. Mind you, I had 2 different types of confirmation.
They then proceeded to claim there was an emergency when the sign on the door clearly stated that the office was closed due to mandatory meetings for the day and scheduled my tour anyway.
Again, incredibly disappointed and wouldn’t waste your time attempting to tour here!

Update after I left a negative review on their page, I got a sticker placed on my car for it to be towed, I was on my way to the emergency room for my eye, I woke up this morning with a swollen eye, which could be from the mold this place carries, or from how dirty the place is. I went up to the office to talk with someone about it and was told it will be towed tomorrow no exceptions. The office manager even started to get loud with me and I had asked her to lower her voice politely. Please stay far from this place!!🙏🏼 they are money hungry and only out to make people’s lives harder. Please look for anywhere else, shoot I’ve even thought about living in my car it would be better. Also dogs are allowed to poop and pee in front of the door. & in the hallways, the back door is always unlocked so any one can come and go as they please. 🤮please move in somewhere else, don’t live this nightmare I’m living.
