  I’ve not lived in these apartments, however I have visited them enough to feel the need to leave a review. I have two friends that live in the same unit who have had nothing but problems. Most recently one has experienced a roach problem even though her unit is clean and she does preventive measures on her own. As we all know some neighbors aren’t as clean as we may be. However she has had 2 separate encounters with roaches in her apartment. Management seemed to careless when we brought proof into them and said it would be 6 days before pest control that “comes monthly” would be following up. To put in a maintenance request that was it. They were cold and uncaring. I wouldn’t suggest living here for the bugs alone. Management sealed the deal today when my friend came in for help and was met with a lack of empathy and an annoyance attitude. She was more concerned with her two children that were hanging all over her than she was with doing her job. She didn’t document anything on her own. Just wanted me and my friend to be done communicating an issue. On top of everything I’d like to add they told my friend they replaced her refrigerator with a new one however it’s clearly used and makes a loud knocking sound overnight.

  Friendly management, amazing communication, always trying to make improvements. New lights were recently installed on the apartments for more visibility after dark!

  If I could leave a less star review I would, the property owner is rude and treats the tenants like crap, she runs the place like a slum lord and she has tow companies patrolling the area every 30 mins the apartments are way too priced for what they are you can seriously find something better don’t waste you’re time or money here seriously I have to stay anonymous because she is a very vindictive Vengeful person. Again I don’t recommend this place.

  I have lived here at Wildewood for over a year, and it has been a very positive experience. From the day I toured until today the office staff and maintenance staff have been on top of any work orders, issues, or questions I may have had. They always make me feel welcome in the office and they take the time to ask me how I am doing and how my day is going as a older man it makes me feel good that they take the time to aknowledge me and not that I am just a renter.
