  I lived here for 14 months, and during that time I documented 19 separate issues that were either completely ignored or handled poorly by management. One of the most serious incidents involved my dog being attacked by another resident's dog. Afterward, I called Resident Relations 4-5 times and never received a return call. That level of disregard is unacceptable. Maintenance staff also showed little respect for residents' privacy, which became an ongoing concern throughout my lease. On top of that, my air conditioning was not functioning properly for months, causing my utility bills to reach nearly $300 per month for three consecutive months (my apartment was set at 72 degrees in the summer). I paid close to $1,000 in excessive utility costs because of a problem that should have been identified and fixed before I ever moved in. Management eventually offered me $150 after the issue was repaired, which did not come close to covering the financial burden their negligence caused. As if that wasn't enough, when my sister toured the property just two months after I moved in, a leasing agent shared false information and rumors about me. This was highly unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I encourage anyone considering this property to do thorough research before signing a lease.

  My friend lives here. She has lots of complaints about it. I always seem to get lost trying to find my way in and out while trying not to get hit by speeding cars and people just backing out of spots like I should be stopping for THEM!

  One of the worst places to rent from if you are handicapped they have NO HANDICAPPED ACCOMMODATION ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES. They even lock the pool door with a chain to make it harder for the individuals with disabilities to enter it and they have no ramps for the handicapped. But yet they advertise they do and have parking spots but no accessibility for the Less fortunate.
