  My friend lives here. She has lots of complaints about it. I always seem to get lost trying to find my way in and out while trying not to get hit by speeding cars and people just backing out of spots like I should be stopping for THEM!

  One of the worst places to rent from if you are handicapped they have NO HANDICAPPED ACCOMMODATION ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES. They even lock the pool door with a chain to make it harder for the individuals with disabilities to enter it and they have no ramps for the handicapped. But yet they advertise they do and have parking spots but no accessibility for the Less fortunate.

  This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They will respond to you right away when you inquire about living there, but once you sign your lease, good luck getting a response from them. Additionally, these units allow SMOKING indoors. This information is not posted on their website OR in your lease. I had upstairs neighbors move in who chain smoked and my entire apartment reeked of cigarette smoke. For someone with severe asthma, had I known smoking indoors was allowed, I never would have chosen to live here. The pools are always down and under maintenance, trash service is not consistently picked up and in the 6 months I lived there, I had MULTIPLE floods from upstairs, one came from my kitchen sinks, two times poured out of my washer hookup water line. I called "24/7" maintenance line and it took them 3 hours to show up to "fix" it. By that time it was 3am and I was not able to sleep all night as they left at 5am and then I had to go straight to work. I paid a high deposit and an early term fee to be able to vacate this residence immediately and was still charged an additional $1,000 for them to replace my carpet. The carpet was ruined from multiple floods caused by their building, and also them not coming in a timely manner to address these issues. So DO NOT move into this place. Unless you like being robbed by your apartment complex and enjoy second hand smoke and old outdated units with terrible customer service. When I put in my notice, they did not contact me back after multiple emails and calls to them, they wrote me back 2 weeks later after my request to terminate my lease. And then CHARGED me those additional 2 weeks that they took to respond to me in rent. This place is a joke!!! STAY AWAY!!
