I would rather live in a tent on the side of the freeway than ever live at the Vanderbilt apartments again. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They will respond to you right away when you inquire about living there, but once you sign your lease, good luck getting a response from them. Additionally, these units allow SMOKING indoors. This information is not posted on their website OR in your lease. I had upstairs neighbors move in who chain smoked and my entire apartment reeked of cigarette smoke. For someone with severe asthma, had I known smoking indoors was allowed, I never would have chosen to live here. The pools are always down and under maintenance, trash service is not consistently picked up and in the 6 months I lived there, I had MULTIPLE floods from upstairs, one came from my kitchen sinks, two times poured out of my washer hookup water line. I called "24/7" maintenance line and it took them 3 hours to show up to "fix" it. By that time it was 3am and I was not able to sleep all night as they left at 5am and then I had to go straight to work. I paid a high deposit and an early term fee to be able to vacate this residence immediately and was still charged an additional $1,000 for them to replace my carpet. The carpet was ruined from multiple floods caused by their building, and also them not coming in a timely manner to address these issues. So DO NOT move into this place. Unless you like being robbed by your apartment complex and enjoy second hand smoke and old outdated units with terrible customer service. When I put in my notice, they did not contact me back after multiple emails and calls to them, they wrote me back 2 weeks later after my request to terminate my lease. And then CHARGED me those additional 2 weeks that they took to respond to me in rent. This place is a joke!!! STAY AWAY!!

Great place to live. This has 2 pools a state of the art fitness center there sister property the biltmore which is directly across the street has a movie theater. The best part is even though your a Vanderbilt resident you can still use the biltmores fine state of the art facilities.
If your looking for an apartment look no further. The Vanderbilt Apartments are where you want to live. The apartments are nice, neighbors in the community are friendly, and so is the property management. I know I have lived here for five years.

2yrs at the Vanderbilt Apartments. I had a great location of where my apartment building was located. Our building was quiet and friendly. Normal issues but maintenance was always complete within 24 hours.
