It’s with a very heavy heart that I write this review. I have loved this property for years while living there and having my children here before leaving to buy a house. When I sold my house, I decide to return and was welcome again by Lisa who is a lovely person. Always quick to help and treat you like a normal human being, and not a dollar sign. Same way Karen did a great job before Lisa. Then Lund happened and the property continues to be a horrible place. Maintenance comes inside apartment without notice, works orders takes forever to be fixed, when you go to the office to ask for help, they treat you as if you aren’t important. The management continues to get worst along with their services and their approach toward their tenants. It’s sadden me how a good place is slowly becoming a bad one. And the way I was treated today by this Savanna girl when I went to share some issues and feedback on the package room, just show how horrible this property is becoming. I hope they get better. But I will not recommend it to anybody anymore going forward. For thanks to me, I have over 5 families living here due to my referral.

Lived at tranquility in a 3 bd for 15 years. Only reason I moved was needed to downsize. My experience living there was amazing. Lisa the manager is a true gem. She's professional yet caring and genuine. My concerns always addressed in a timely manner. The holiday parties that were held for residents during Xmas was such a nice and warm gesture. Definitely recommend this place..to top it all the apartments are so spacious!!

Here's the problem after work you come and the pool is closed at 6:00. And when to swim?

We have lived here almost a year, and honesty sad to leave! We bought a house, otherwise we would resign our lease. We have had absolutely no issues living here! Our maintenance was almost done in a timely manner (we’ve only used them 2 times for very small issues)! We never had a problem with parking, or noise. The staff is always so friendly, and so organized when we go to pick up our packages in the office! The frequently have get togethers for the children in the complex, such as a Easter egg hunt & a Christmas party. The pool and fitness area have always been in great shape, and clean & the pool is never too busy! Everyone is so friendly, and we enjoyed living here!
