  It’s with a very heavy heart that I write this review. I have loved this property for years while living there and having my children here before leaving to buy a house. When I sold my house, I decide to return and was welcome again by Lisa who is a lovely person. Always quick to help and treat you like a normal human being, and not a dollar sign. Same way Karen did a great job before Lisa. Then Lund happened and the property continues to be a horrible place. Maintenance comes inside apartment without notice, works orders takes forever to be fixed, when you go to the office to ask for help, they treat you as if you aren’t important. The management continues to get worst along with their services and their approach toward their tenants. It’s sadden me how a good place is slowly becoming a bad one. And the way I was treated today by this Savanna girl when I went to share some issues and feedback on the package room, just show how horrible this property is becoming. I hope they get better. But I will not recommend it to anybody anymore going forward. For thanks to me, I have over 5 families living here due to my referral.

  This place is a dump. Very poor customer service from management. Lived here 3 years my garage and both vehicles have been stolen. STEALING HOT SPOT!!!!!

  We have lived here 3 years now after having owned a home for almost 25 years. It's a foreboding thing to go back to apartment living after decades, but every Thursday as the lawnmower passes by, we look at each other and say, "I am so glad we don't have to do that anymore." All of our interactions with staff have been positive. Maintenance is friendly, quick and extremely knowledgeable. The housekeeper comes to our building every Tuesday and keeps the carpeted, lighted hallways looking their best. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found a nice view and an attached garage right across the hall. The rooms are the most spacious of any apartments we looked at. This is the first place we've *ever* lived where we didn't *have* to put our furniture up against a wall in the living room. Our two-bedroom has two bathrooms with a sizeable linen closet in each one. The master bedroom easily accommodates the king-sized bed. The walk-in closets in each bedroom and the entry closet offer even more useable storage than we had in our three-bedroom, split-entry raised ranch. Yes, we did due-diligence downsizing, and we did *not* have to rent a storage unit! I love having the full-sized washer and dryer *in* the apartment. All one level, no steps. The garage is long enough to park our car, accommodate the storage shelves we brought over from the house, and allow for plenty of walking room between them. The heated outdoor pool is open more months a year than you would expect. There is a sauna and an exercise room, and many people do their walking around the complex. There are not many sidewalks to speak of, but people do walk the circuit of roads and parking lots around the place. We lost trees in last year's storm, but they were replaced in a timely manner. Living here is truly a blessing. April 2024 Update: We've now lived here five years, and today we just met another knowledgeable and personable maintenance professional. We put in a work order very late last night. It's not yet noon, and the running toilet is fixed. Phil was just so pleasant, fast and thorough. He made our day. We have always had a great experience with maintenance here.

  This is my second year and never had an issue. The staff is very friendly and understanding. The price is acceptable when all your questions and maintenance issues are attended to within 24 hours and when you enjoy having peaceful neighbors and spaceous spaces. I would recommend it to anyone especially who likes to live by a park and in a quiet environment. As for the mail being left by my mail boxes, i honestly did not wittness or experience any problem given the amount of purchases i make online. Thank you for the great service and the pleasant and welcoming smile you have when greeting people.
