  If you are moving here just know having people over night is impossible, there are a collective 6 spots put front for residents or you will be towed either from the petco or even from the swivel spots no one is using. They expect you to park two blocka away in a neighborhood if there is no parking. Absolutely know this before moving in the parking situation is atrocious

  This place is so ridiculous. First of all the rent is very expensive. Second the constant ‘garage repairs’ where several of us residents won’t even have a place to park for an entire week every few months is so frustrating. The parking here is so limited and you can’t even park across the street because your car will literally get towed. They will send you a notice ‘we are repairing the garage. Find somewhere to park for five days’ which is insane. it’s not even like once in a while, it is several times a year and all of us have to find somewhere to park after paying $100 extra to have a place to park in the garage. The staff events are a joke. They purposely choose times when people at work so you can’t even go to a lot of the community events. The front desk person here is absolutely unprofessional and never answers the phone. And we are kind of close to like really bad neighborhood so there’s tons of crime like people breaking into the garage and stealing things from your car. Seriously do not even think about wasting your time here. ***Updating to respond to owner*** You guys are so pathetic trying to convince people to leave five star ratings to get a free rent credit. Which by the way, the garage “credit” for an entire week of not being able to park at our residence is less than 10 dollars for the ENTIRE WEEK, pathetic. You guys have been constantly doing garage repairs for the past 2+ years every few months. Why is it taking you guys 6+ garage repairs to finally be in compliance and care about our safety? That’s insane especially for the crazy rent prices. Why is it that we have to leave a message every time you need to get something addressed? Very unprofessional staff, if your job is assist your residents actually do it. “We strive to remain competitive with comparable communities,” yet at your ‘comparative’ community, several people daily have their belongings stolen, packages missing, and cars broken into. The lack of accountability reflects the management of this company. As well as the sheer inadequacy of having to use ChatGPT to respond to valid complaints. Do not give your money to these people. This management company and the staff is below par. A full month later and I am vindicated. Guess who got YET another notification we do not have access to the garage for MORE REPAIRS? Oh you guessed, THIS PLACE. It’s so ridiculous and the six parking spots they only have? Christ this place is a joke do not rent from this horrible place.

  Living at Swivel has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made! The staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive every step of the way—special shoutout to Rachel, Cassie, and Bill for being amazing! The apartment is new, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the fitness center has everything you need for a full-body workout—cardio machines, free weights, and even a convenient water station. The 5th-floor sky lounge feels cozy and inviting, with tons of natural light and complimentary coffee (definitely my favorite part). Maintenance is always handled quickly and communication through emails, calls, and requests is fast and reliable. The monthly resident events are a sweet plus giving the chance to meet other people and pets in the building! I’d absolutely recommend making Swivel your home!

  Only complain, if you live in the side facing petco, the trash dumpster is so loud. Sound proof from outside in is not good.. other than that staff is great! People are quiet, garage us great. Would rent again
