  This place is so ridiculous. First of all the rent is very expensive. Second the constant ‘garage repairs’ where several of us residents won’t even have a place to park for an entire week every few months is so frustrating. The parking here is so limited and you can’t even park across the street because your car will literally get towed. They will send you a notice ‘we are repairing the garage. Find somewhere to park for five days’ which is insane. it’s not even like once in a while, it is several times a year and all of us have to find somewhere to park after paying $100 extra to have a place to park in the garage. The staff events are a joke. They purposely choose times when people at work so you can’t even go to a lot of the community events. The front desk person here is absolutely unprofessional and never answers the phone. And we are kind of close to like really bad neighborhood so there’s tons of crime like people breaking into the garage and stealing things from your car. Seriously do not even think about wasting your time here. ***Updating to respond to owner*** You guys are so pathetic trying to convince people to leave five star ratings to get a free rent credit. Which by the way, the garage “credit” for an entire week of not being able to park at our residence is less than 10 dollars for the ENTIRE WEEK, pathetic. You guys have been constantly doing garage repairs for the past 2+ years every few months. Why is it taking you guys 6+ garage repairs to finally be in compliance and care about our safety? That’s insane especially for the crazy rent prices. Why is it that we have to leave a message every time you need to get something addressed? Very unprofessional staff, if your job is assist your residents actually do it. “We strive to remain competitive with comparable communities,” yet at your ‘comparative’ community, several people daily have their belongings stolen, packages missing, and cars broken into. The lack of accountability reflects the management of this company. As well as the sheer inadequacy of having to use ChatGPT to respond to valid complaints. Do not give your money to these people. This management company and the staff is below par.

  It has been a great 3 years living in Swivel. I moved here in June 2022. At first I was intimidated by how fancy the apartment complex was. It has a sky lounge, a little convenience store on the 5th floor, lobby, underground parking, an elevator, dog park and a gym. I was kinda worried about the price but surprisingly the Rent was affordable. My friend was living in Centerline which is a sister company of swivel and she convinced me to get my own place. She definitely recommended Swivel. I have no regrets since. I am speaking favorably to Swivel because of a lot of factors. Firstly, Swivel location is shouting Convenience. If you are the type of person like me, who does not really cook much, lives alone, and does not like driving, don't worry, Swivel is a neighbor to Panda Express, Jinya Ramen, Raising Canes, Target, Chipotle, and Megasaver. All you have to do is choose and choose wisely. If you have PETS, Petco is nearby. If you need office supply, Office max is closer as well. If you are sick, Urgent care is located at the right side of the Swivel Building. If you need insurance, State Farm is located on the 1st floor of the building. If you need a hospital, Methodist, Med center, and CHI Bergan Mercy are 5-10 mins away from the apartment. What a catch right? Secondly, Bill - the Maintenance Guy is like "THE FLASH". He responded promptly with a request and was a very respectful guy. He understands Tenant's privacy. He is a very handy man. I can only say good words about him. Third, Rachel - the Building Manager is very approachable and very helpful with concerns and inquiries. She is a little ball sunshine and you will just love talking to her. She organized and planned some activities where the tenants can socialize and chat. She is building a community which I think is marvelous. Lastly, the community is very calm and safe. Most of the tenants are professional doctors, nurses, students and employees. I can say in my experience that the community is respectful to each other and very mindful of their surroundings. The Swivel owner as well is an advocate for safety. The building is designed for tenants to feel safe. You can not get into the building if you dont belong there. Mails and delivery have their own door and codes to follow as well. The security of the doors and garages is top notch. Overall, Swivel is 100 percent recommended by me. Thank you.

  I personally love living here at Swivel. Property management always responds in a timely manner, and maintenance requests are quick too! The only reason I would give this place less stars is due to the intersection being so busy, but that’s not their fault. Solid 4.5/5 apartment to live in.

  Living at Swivel has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made! The staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive every step of the way—special shoutout to Rachel, Cassie, and Bill for being amazing! The apartment is new, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the fitness center has everything you need for a full-body workout—cardio machines, free weights, and even a convenient water station. The 5th-floor sky lounge feels cozy and inviting, with tons of natural light and complimentary coffee (definitely my favorite part). Maintenance is always handled quickly and communication through emails, calls, and requests is fast and reliable. The monthly resident events are a sweet plus giving the chance to meet other people and pets in the building! I’d absolutely recommend making Swivel your home!

  Swivel Omaha is such a wonderful apartment community. This community boasts modern amenities, a welcoming environment, and a close proximity to everything you would need! Highly recommend.
