  I’ve lived here for a year, and it’s been an amazing experience from the very beginning. I’ve made some great friends, and the amenities are top notch. Cassie has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and always goes above and beyond whenever I’ve needed anything. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  I have really enjoyed living at Parallel. The team members are always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. They truly care about the residents and work hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. The property is well maintained, and it's clear that the staff takes pride in creating a great place to live. I would definitely recommend Parallel to anyone looking for a welcoming apartment community.

  I have lived at the Parallel for about a month. The move in was super accommodating. Very quick to respond to maintenance requests. The pool is almost complete and looking very inviting. I appreciate the get togethers for the tenants to get to know your neighbors. Cassie and Matt are welcoming and you’re lucky to have them at your front office!

  So happy to share my experience! I recently made a big move for a fantastic career opportunity, and I'm absolutely thrilled with how things have turned out here at Parallel. 😊 Taking that leap of faith has been incredibly rewarding with Cassie and the Parallel Team, and I'm so grateful for this place, it's truly amazing when a new place feels like home right away. The amenities are top tier. Workout room, office areas, golf sim, roof top lounge. Seriously this place is amazing. For me the monthly connection events are one of the highlights I've meet some wonderful residents here and parallel does an outstanding job to make you feel right at home. For many concerned with either parking, noise, or repairs, the complex is away from roads and is quiet. Inside and out. Additionally, this complex is brand new, everything is up to date, and repairs are made timely. So, blessed! Hats off to the Parallel team!

  My fiancée and I moved into Parallel a few weeks ago, and we absolutely love it! The building is beautiful, the apartments are high quality, and the amenities are incredible. We’ve already gotten a lot of use out of the golf simulator, the gym is one of the best apartment gyms I’ve seen (complete with a sauna and turf area), and having pickleball courts is such a fun bonus. The location is also perfect—it’s close to everything we need and offers amazing views of Omaha. On top of that, the staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the move-in process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a modern apartment with great amenities, an awesome location, and a team that genuinely cares about its residents, I’d highly recommend checking out Parallel!
