  Our family truly enjoyed working with Pam Stander of Nebraska Realty! The housing market in Omaha is like a jungle and with out her we were lost. Pam brought years of home ownership, remodeling, negotiating, and many other wisdoms to this process. As a first time personal home buyer I was clueless in the beginning- but Pam answered my billions of questions and gave good counsel. It feels so great to be home- thanks Pam!

  Pam Stander is a FABULOUS agent with Nebraska Realty. My husband and I spent more time and asked way more questions about buying our first home than some Realtors would have put up with. Throughout the process Pam, showed up joyfully with optimism every time. Even the houses on the way lower end of our price range got her full attention. When it came to bidding and negotiating- Pam gave great advice, followed through with every request, and honestly conveyed information. Five months of particular searching, and six bids later, we're HOME. She got us 12 of the 15 items on our dream list!! (We can live without an Aspen tree.) Pam made all the arrangements for the grass to be cut, the strange hole to be fixed, and our locks to get changed too! It was refreshing to work with someone who knew all about home remodeling, getting what you pay for, and turning a house into a home.

  My wife and I worked with Pam Stander to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of few months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Pam made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend her.

  My husband and I bought our first house, a few years later sold that house, and bought another house and for all of that, we used Pam Stander with Nebraska Realty. She is a fabulous realtor! She was amazing and did a great job walking us through the processes for all of it! We would have been lost without her help and expertise! We loved working with Pam! She listened to what we wanted in a house, and found us the perfect home!
