  I was visiting a friend who is leasing here and was quite literally screamed at by a woman who appeared to work in the leasing office for getting out of my car and trying to find a way around cones that were placed (with no apparent construction on the “road”). She immediately defaulted to screaming at full volume, and it was quite shocking. I’ve never been treated this way by anyone, let alone someone who is supposedly a professional.

  DISGUSTING!!!!!!! My boyfriend lives here and I visit often. The hallways are a biohazard- pee and shit stains from dogs up and down the stairs and hallways. During his time here, the front office called him and said a dog in the building had diarrhea on the hallway stairs and when he got home, yep there it was dripping on the stairs. Now it is a stain! Unsure if they ever even cleaned it and maintenance knows about the conditions! (I included pictures)The door to get in sticks really bad and won’t open easily. In the winter the door doesn’t even fully close. We can smell the downstairs neighbor smoking cigs in their apartment, the smell comes up through the bathroom and laundry room. And coming from a prior smoker, it’s not pleasant. For how expensive it is to live here, the conditions are disgraceful. My boyfriend said when he toured, they showed him their viewing apartment which was very clean and taken care of which is very misleading because now he’s dealing with biohazard hallways, ants crawling through the walls into his living room (he lives on the TOP floor), and a pee stained sidewalk RIGHT at the entrance of the building which maintenance covered with some salt of some sort and I’m pretty sure the dog is peeing on it still. The “tennis court” they promise is just a big rectangle of dirt with NO net! Someone put a basketball hoop on it. The speed bumps are diagonal and a pain to go over. This place should honestly be taken down and rebuilt. do not waste your money. I don’t know what they do with everyone’s rent but they definitely don’t use it for repairs!

  I don’t even want to give this place a one star review but unfortunately can’t do zero stars. My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 18 months now and this place is a joke. While I was pregnant with our son I discovered black mold growing on our wall by our dishwasher and around our washer because anytime the washer was used (whether the dishwasher was going at the same time or not) it would leak water everywhere. It took almost a month for them to come out and do anything when all they did was remove the bottom half of the wall and put in a new washer, which didn’t solve our problem (it still leaks!!!). We also have water damage on our living room ceiling from the tenants above us that just gets worse as the weeks go by and maintenance hasn’t been out to even look at it even after we put in a request. There’s never any parking spots because people who live in other buildings park in front of our building causing us to park at least 3-4 buildings away. The neighbors are extremely nosy!! We have caught several different people putting their ears against our door or just standing outside our door for uncomfortable amounts of time. Not to mention the lock on the outside of our building has been broken for months now and half the time you can’t even get the door to open. Also, ever since around July or August of this year they added a $30 service charge on their resident portal app where you pay your rent!! That’s $360 a year in just service fees!!!! Lionshead is a JOKE!!

  If I could rate these apartments a zero, I would. I visit my boyfriend very often, almost daily. When I come into his building to visit, the building door that should be locked and secured is NOT! Nor does it open fully! The floors have stains and the building has an odor. My boyfriend has continuously complained about having a mouse problem and ant issues. All they did was give him some cheap traps that didn’t do anything. This is just some of the things I’ve seen, I could go on. But as a visitor, this is disgraceful behavior on LionsHead and Richdale. LionsHead, please don’t comment on my review with a condescending comment about how you strive for your tenants and blah blah blah because obviously from the prior reviews from mine, you don’t. Also, stop giving out Little Caesar’s pizza. That’s cheap.

  Lived here 1 year , the day i moved in I asked for a screen door I am moving out and still have no screen. The maintenance dept , who?? The place is old and dirty Especially for the amount of Rent ... Move on
