  Do never spend your money here, do even try to rent here, don’t waist your time or money, it doesn’t worth it. I had this problem since Saturday around 9:30 am, I called and reported it, they told that they would come in 30 min, I waited 2 hours, I called again around 11:30 and they said that to call again at 1:00pm if I felt “desperate “. I called again at 1 and nobody called me back, nobody answered, until 3:00pm then they told me that in the worst case to wait until MONDAY! All weekend with this problem? Not being able to use the kitchen. On Monday they didn’t even bother to come, I called them multiple times, they did answer like 3/13 calls but they didn’t even bothered to sent someone. On Tuesday day 4th day with this issue and I still haven’t have this fixed. I went to the leasing office and ask again, the answer of my question if it could get fixed today was “probably”. My kitchen is still flooded, the water from the sink goes to the dishwasher and after some time it just comes right back, then it comes back and gets in the floor, I don’t know where this water is coming from because I haven’t opened the sink handle, and there’s still water coming out from the drain.

  Location is great. Apartments are not clean.

  The office accidentally charged our account twice and overdrafted our bank. Corporate was frustrating to deal with but the Office Manager was able to take care of it and help us find a resolution. As long as she is going to bat for you this place will be ok.

  This is my second time living at Embassy Park, a total of about 3 years so far. It took me a long time to find the perfect complex, and this is it! I work weird hours and sleep during the day a lot, and it is so quiet in these buildings that I have never had any issues. The office staff are all super sweet and accommodating, and maintenance is always professional and timely. I love the super large patios with courtyard views!
