  Centerline has been an excellent place to live. It is a safe, well kept property in one of the most central locations in Omaha. You are about 15 minutes from downtown, around 20 minutes from Elkhorn, and just a few blocks from Aksarben and I-80. It is very convenient. The strongest part of this community is the front office staff. Both of the employees in the office are consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely take the time to remember residents. That level of personal attention stands out and makes a real difference in the day to day experience. The property is pet friendly and they actually enforce their policies. They have zero tolerance for dog waste being left on the property and will fine residents who do not follow the rules. That level of enforcement keeps the grounds noticeably clean. Parking is well thought out. There are two climate controlled garages that have kept my car very secure, along with a large outdoor lot and an additional lot in the back if you prefer not to pay for a garage space. The property is well monitored, which adds to the sense of security. Amenities are consistently maintained. The dog park is a great space, the pool is always clean, and the patio areas are inviting. They also host regular resident events each month, which adds to the sense of community. Maintenance is reliable and responsive. Requests are handled quickly and done correctly, often within the same business day even for non urgent issues. Overall, the property, staff, location, and amenities all come together to make this a five star community. I would highly recommend living here.

  By far the best apartment in Omaha. The property manager, Cady, is super helpful and responsive. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and professionally, and she goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. It really creates a great living experience for me. 10/10!

  Centerline has been a wonderful place to live since I've moved in, almost two years ago. This is a prime location, with easy access to the interstate without any of the noise, and Aksarben just nearby. The building is remarkably quiet from inside my apartment, and beautiful and clean everywhere outside of the units. I've had nothing but wonderful interactions with management, staff, and maintenance since even before my lease was signed. Everybody is so willing to help whenever I ask, and they're committed to creating an environment we're all happy to come home to at the end of the day.

  Centerline has been a great place to live with an awesome sense of community. The management team is very professional and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests, which makes a big difference. They regularly host community events with fun activities and great snacks. It’s also a great place for dog owners, everyone is very mindful and respectful when it comes to their pets. Overall, a well-managed community that truly cares about its residents. Highly recommend!
