  I've lived here for a long time and Penny by far has been the most competent, consistent, fair and hardworking manager I've dealt with. I will always encourage anyone to move here as long Penny is the manager.

  The apartment manager, Penny, is amazing at her job and truly cares about the residents. She went above and beyond for me during a really difficult time recently and I’ll be forever grateful for her. Maintenance works extremely hard and responds quickly. I’ve been a resident for over 7 years and it’s been great!

  I did not have to much of a problem living there. However, I moved out 6 months ago and was told I would be recieving my deposit back.. I have yet to get it. I have called numerous times, emailed and left voicemails all to never be returned. When I finally have talked to someone, I was told the refund was submitted and was with corporate. When I call to talk to this property manager I get told she is not available and will call me back, though she never does. I have now contacted corporate and will dealing with them, hopefully they will call back. i am glad I did get out when I did.
