  The management team is truly amazing and they really do care. I worked through several issues with Ariela and she is fantastic. Maintenance was also amazing. Ive never lived at an apartment where they care and want you to be happy and comfortable in your home. Zoey and Brook are also top notch. All of my issues were taken care of immediately. I love my new home, I feel safe and I know that there is team that cares. Thank you all so much ❤️

  I found working with CLK Management difficult, while the actual Breckenridge apartments were decent. Maintenance was slow to fix issues, some outlets didn't work. Upper management had questionable customer service and ripped off good responsible tenants. So much for Southern Hospitality, I would not choose them again.
