  A note to current and prospective residents If you live at or are considering renting at Breckenridge Apartments, my advice is simple: document EVERYTHING Keep copies of your lease, renewal agreements, rent statements, invoices, payment confirmations, receipts, emails, text messages, maintenance requests, and every piece of correspondence with the leasing office or property management. If you speak with management by phone or in person about an important issue, follow up with an email summarizing the conversation so you have a written record. Most importantly, REVIEW YOUR RENT LEDGER and monthly charges carefully. Do not assume that the balance shown on your account is correct. If you notice an error, report it in writing and keep the response you receive. If management acknowledges an error, save that correspondence as well. Keep records of when you reported the problem, who you spoke with, what you were told, and whether the account was actually corrected. I strongly recommend maintaining your own file of everything related to your tenancy rather than relying solely on the property's records. This isn't meant to discourage anyone from living here. It is simply advice I wish every resident would take seriously: 1. Keep your receipts. Keep your payment confirmations. Keep your correspondence. Keep your notices. Keep your lease. Keep your own records. If an issue ever arises with your account, having your own documentation can make a significant difference in being able to show what happened and when.

  Overall Breckenridge is a wonderful place to live. Ariela and Zoe are always fantastic to work with and treat you like family. Ian is the best maintenance guy you could ask for, and all the other staff do their jobs well too, keeping this place running smoothly and looking great. It is a fantastic location, no weird activity going on, friendly neighbors, and they try to be good to you with the price. Would highly recommend you call this home!

  I’ve had such a great experience with Breckenridge Apartments! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has so many great amenities. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever you have questions or need anything. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the people who live here. The location is also super convenient while still feeling like a nice place to come home to. I would definitely recommend Breckenridge to anyone looking for a new apartment in Omaha!
