  Fire the pool guys. They have no idea what they are doing. Pool is a tribute to the Washington DC Reflecting Pool. We have been given notice that you are not letting us renew our rent most likely due to renovations. You are ignoring the maintenance issues that have been reported months ago.

  I toured Autumn Grove recently and was very impressed with the leasing team. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right apartment. I really loved what I saw. The apartment homes were spacious, featured modern plank flooring with a warm wood finish and the white quartz countertops, so beautiful! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the tour experience easy and enjoyable. And an added bonus, the community was beautiful and well-kept. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

  Not real happy with how long it took to get our AC fixed. It has been working now for about a week after having it supposedly fixed 5 times. I don't consider it being fixed if it only works for a few hours-a few days after someone supposedly "fixes it. We had to buy an AC since Autumn Grove wouldn't let us borrow one,even after asking, until it got fixed. . I really think after having it take so long to fix that we should be able to have some money taken off our rent!! I didn't email the manager and she basically said sorry it was a little uncomfortable and couldn't do anything about taking any money off. I'm pretty sure the manager wasn't living with 80+ degrees for weeks-months.

  Maintenance replaced blinds in the living room. I had them closed as I face the west and also have my two pups in pack-n-plays in the front room due to the a/c that needed to be accessed as it was not working from the day before. I do have one dog that is light haired. The blinds were fixed as well as the a/c, however, the blinds were moved to an open position allowing sun to beat into the window onto my dog who had limited areas to avoid it. From the hours of 11am to 5pm, my dog was in this sunlight and suffered from a severe sunburn that requires constant attention. I am beyond upset that someone could be so careless. I let notes in my request about the high temperature causing difficulty breathing for the breed and when I spoke to the maintenance staff on the phone, I was assured the blinds were in a closed position. My 7 month puppy is now suffering from the consequences and negligence of someone else’s actions.

  Bueno primero me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que la unidad había sido cargada y limpiada cuando llegué por la tarde fui y miré la unidad exterior y estaba sucia era mentira lo que me habían dicho lo que no se imaginaron que yo soy técnico de refrigeración y aire acondicionado certificado por la tarde me encuentro el aire igual pasando trabajo para enfriar vuelvo a poner la orden de trabajo y les digo que es lo que tiene el aire acondicionado vinieron hoy y solo lavaron la unidad exterior no cambiaron el filtro y tampoco limpiaron el evaporador es decir la unidad de adentro que es como debería de ser le agrego una foto de la unidad exterior como estaba ayer
