  Lived here for two years and overall had a great experience. All of the information provided before moving in was accurate, the amenities were well maintained, and I had no issues moving out. There were occasional noisy moments, but nothing unreasonable for an apartment. I also always felt safe walking around the property and to nearby stores. The only major con was the package situation. They receive so many packages that not everything can be placed in the parcel lockers. The one time I ordered something expensive, it was left out and stolen. I reported it to management, but they were unable to identify who took it or do anything further internally. I wish more could have been done, since other residents had packages stolen the same day. I’d recommend living here, but be vigilant with your packages.

  Tanglewood is by far the worst place I have ever lived. 8 days after moving in, the bed bugs that had infested the apartment above ours moved into our apartment. Richdale (the company that owns Tanglewood and does all the managing out of Omaha) initially tried to make US pay for the bed bugs THEY GAVE US until a pest control specialists said the bugs appeared to have been living there for at least five months. At that point they agreed to check other apartments in the building. We did everything we could to fight the bugs, but it took THREE MONTHS for the master bedroom to be usable again. The person in the apartment above ours refused to do the treatments and therefore we had to live with bed bugs from August to the beginning of November. I had to sleep on the couch for three full months while the bed bugs slowly overtook the living room and bit me every night. It was a mental and physical nightmare that genuinely caused me to return to therapy. They refused to give us a discount on rent, move us to a different unit, let us out of our lease, or give us a hotel to stay in. Every fabric item we owned, including our clothes, had to be stored in trash bags on our balcony for three months. I wasn’t able to return to work in-office for fear of bringing anything we me. It was a horrible thing that happened TO us and had nothing to do with our actions and we did not get a single ounce of help from the complex. They believed they were doing us a favor by not making us pay for the treatments. And then, after all that, bats moved into our vents with bat bugs. And THEN the building was infested with brown recluses and had to have multiple treatments done. The complex needs serious upgrades in construction and management.

  I've been here on Phasmaphobia. Died many lives here....Would ghost hunt here again.

  It has been outstanding and phenomenal. Great people and great neighbors. All around a great community and apartment complex to have people call home.
