RUUUUUUUUUUUN!!! I would not recommend moving here. During my two years at this apartment complex, I dealt with a long list of serious maintenance and living-condition issues that affected my daily life. These included a leaking kitchen sink, a broken garbage disposal, an AC system that did not cool properly, a full furnace replacement, water leaking under the tub, toilet sealing problems, a persistent dishwasher odor, drafts from the windows that made the unit cold in the winter, and repeated failures of the garage code opener.
Several of these problems were especially disruptive and were never fully resolved. The AC issue made it extremely difficult to sleep during hot summer nights, and the dishwasher odor was bad enough that I stopped using it altogether. The garage code opener also failed multiple times, which was particularly frustrating early in the morning before work.
The problems were not limited to my unit. The complex’s water main broke twice during my stay, mice were found in my garage multiple times, and the roads throughout the property were in poor condition, with many potholes and sunken areas.
Another major concern is the move-out charges. Despite the already poor condition of the carpet, countertops, and overall unit quality, management attempted to charge me for tons of money after I move out, even though I believe all these issues reflected normal wear and regular use. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
You guys have to do something about the crater pot holes all over the apartment complex. Literally some are feet deep and feet wide. There also is not enough parking spaces

Trash will never live here again...
I lived here for about a year (now years ago) and the fire alarm panel across the hall was constantly going off - literally beeping every other second with no break - for no reason and they often took days to fix it. I couldn't escape the beeping anywhere in my apartment. It felt like torture. Additionally my washer broke a few times, and they also took days to come fix it. The smell of the standing water would get so disgusting and foul that it made me feel sick and I had to leave and stay at a family member's place until it was fixed. It took people I knew calling in to the office and standing up for me for things to be done in a timely manner. I would call management myself quite often and tell them I couldn't live like that.
The apartments are poorly made and I could hear everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) from the apartment above me and next to me. Doors in the apartment didn't close, wind pushed air through the window jamb, the front door to the building would slam shut - very loud and jarring - because the "arm" at the top was broken and never fixed, the carpet was peeling up in certain spots and in one spot I could see bricks below, nothing in between. At the end of my lease they raised rent for the apartment $300 more than what I was paying if I wanted to renew, but when I checked the website after I did not renew and had moved, they had my exact unit listed for what I had been paying, not the new price, which makes raising the rent seem retaliatory/like it was intended to push me out (and that is illegal if I'm not mistaken).
I was very stressed out the entire time I was living here and the sleep I got was awful because the of the noise. I had migraines constantly due to those factors.
Also, my sister lived here for a time several years prior and she experienced a lot of problems too (that I was not aware of before I signed my lease), including that she was alone in the apartment, showering, and maintenance entered and stayed in the apartment even though the sound of a shower running through a wall or a door is hard to miss once you're inside. She was not aware that they were planning to stop by. She was around 19-20.
