  I’ve had a great experience living at Latitude Apartments! The location is super convenient, the apartments are nice, and the staff has always been helpful and responsive. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it!

  Stay away! From day one, there were already problems. I paid extra to move in early, but shortly after moving in, a maintenance guy showed up unexpectedly without even knocking to clean the carpets, something that should have been done before I moved in.The underground parking garage also felt SO unsafe. There were flashing lights, a broken door window, and a broken secured door that was supposed to keep people from getting in. During my first week living there, someone followed me from the street into the parking garage. I tried calling their “security” several times and no one answered. We also contacted management multiple times about the broken door because I didn’t feel safe, and nothing was done. We were actually told that some residents liked the door being broken because it made it easier to get inside when their hands were full, which is crazy considering it’s supposed to be a secured garage. When we toured about 6 months before moving in, we were told the amenities were being renovated and should be finished by the time we moved in or shortly after. They weren’t finally completed until around the time we moved out a year later. To top it off, before moving out I patched the holes and touched up the paint on the walls, yet I was still charged for painting/repairs. I could go on and on but there are so many other amazing apartments downtown. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

  I haven’t had any problems since I moved here! The staff is very nice and always willing to help. Rachel and Kate are the most memorable, both are kind and friendly! Maintenance also responds pretty quickly.
