  Moving into our apartment, it was disgusting. It was obvious that not even the bare minimum was accepted when the last residents cleaned to move out. When I addressed the state of the apartment we were told they must have missed it. I don’t know how you could miss the multitude of disgusting hair balls, lint, mold and pasta everywhere. Maintenance has also lied to us multiple times and claims they have fixed things when they haven’t. I also am paying $100 for the same parking my roommate is paying $95 for. Ants and bats have also been a problem while living at latitude.

  HORRIBLE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. it’s been 2 months and we’ve had to fill out 10 maintenance requests and our ac has broken 3 times. We’re currently unable to get our ac fixed for THREE WEEKS, and my room is 80°. They’re unable to do anything about it because of the fact my window is broken and won’t open and they said they’d “get to it when they get to it.” Just live somewhere else, anywhere else.

  infested with fleas and cockroaches they never clean before tenants do not live here. mold as well with leaky windows.

  I would give this apartment complex 0 stars if I could. The way management has handled my situation has been absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional. After moving out, we were charged for a couch and blinds that were ALREADY damaged when we moved in. We brought the condition of these items to management’s attention, and we were specifically told by management that it was fine and not to worry about it. We trusted their word and had no reason to believe we would later be charged for something they had already told us was not an issue. Now that we have moved out, management has completely gone back on their word and is trying to charge us for those exact same items. Even worse, we provided pictures showing the condition of the couch as proof, and they still denied our dispute by claiming there was “no proof.” So apparently management’s word means nothing once they have an opportunity to put a charge on your account. We trusted what we were told by the manager, documented the condition, and did exactly what we were supposed to do, yet they still decided to go back on what they told us and try to make us pay for pre-existing damage. The entire situation has been extremely frustrating and shows a serious lack of accountability from management. If you tell a resident that something is fine and that they don't need to worry about it, you shouldn't be turning around after they move out and trying to bill them for it. If you live here, document absolutely EVERYTHING. Take pictures and videos of every single issue when you move in and get anything management tells you in writing, because apparently their word isn't enough. I would absolutely NOT recommend this complex. The way management has handled this situation has been unfair, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We trusted management to stand by what they told us, and instead they went back on their word and tried to make us pay for something they had already told us not to worry about.
