  Gate park apartment is a beautiful place to live but, the new manager needs to go. The guy doesn’t know how to interact with residents, he couldn’t even say hello or introduce himself to residents. Whenever you visit the office he greets you with “what do you want” 😳 He seems like he doesn't know what he’s doing, more like he’s mad at life. Everything here at Gate Park hasn’t been the same since Eric the manager start working here. I’m wonder how this place going to look like year from now if concord management will keep Eric here. Worst manager I have ever seen.

  EDIT 4/15/26: I am FLOORED with happiness to say Katie is BACK as our resident manager! I have updated my review to 4 stars and will happily swap to 5 once I’ve seen if the new management company lives up to expectations. I feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders!! I am begging Concorde to replace the current property manager. Ever since that role was changed, it has been nothing but a headache to do anything involving the office. From no notification of packages arriving to the office, leaving residents thinking things were stolen, to an utter lack of professionalism that I have never, ever seen in all my years as a renter.He needs a business communications course, a refresh on grammar, a lesson in empathy and common courtesy, and honestly a different career path. Never once have I gotten a simple hello upon entering the office. It’s not been the same since Katie left and I miss her every day. I’m not at all shocked the most recent assistant left — she was competent and I cannot imagine being under someone that is so clearly not.

  EDIT 04/22/26: Katie, our previous resident manager, is back!! Clearly I was not the only one who thought the other management was trash. I'm updating my review to 4 stars because I have always enjoyed having Katie as a manager. It is a new management company, so I will be updating my review again once I know more about them. I have happily lived here for 10 years but the new management is terrible. They reach out through text but then don't respond. I have paid on time every month for the entire time I've lived here, I keep my apt nice, there have never been any complaints. I just renewed my lease and forgot to update the increased amount. They refused to waive the late fee because its a "shared responsibility". So apparently my history doesn't mean anything and they would rather try to sneak in these charges. They have an app that is fully capable of sending a notification saying that you have an outstanding balance, but dont have it enabled. Apparently they would rather try to milk the tenants with late fees.

  This is a fantastic apartment complex. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and knew me by name from the first day I started living there. Would recommend Gate Park to anyone!
