Alicia advised me on preparing my house to sell it quickly. Things like: empty all your storage areas as much as possible so that the prospective buyer can visualize their own belongings in those spaces instead of seeing yours. Also, remove as much personal items that reflect your personality and personal choices, so they can see their own objects reflecting themselves instead. I would have never thought of those things. She is a real pro!

One of Alicia’s greatest qualities is her willingness to care and step up when others need help. She never sits back waiting to see who will take action—she is the one who rises to the occasion and gets things done. Alicia consistently goes above and beyond to support those around her, always leading with kindness, compassion, and a servant’s heart. Her dedication and willingness to help make a positive difference in the lives of so many people. Thank you, Alicia, for everything you do. Your hard work, generosity, and commitment to helping others do not go unnoticed and are truly appreciated!
