  Alicia advised me on preparing my house to sell it quickly. Things like: empty all your storage areas as much as possible so that the prospective buyer can visualize their own belongings in those spaces instead of seeing yours. Also, remove as much personal items that reflect your personality and personal choices, so they can see their own objects reflecting themselves instead. I would have never thought of those things. She is a real pro!
