  They look like great apartments from the outside, but I have lived here since April and I have had nothing but issues with the leasing office and maintenance team neglecting ME and my unit. TWICE since I have lived here my AC has gone out in 85/90 degree weather. Maintenance team is careless and lazy. I had a pump in my toilet replaced and they left the old and dirty one IN MY TRASHCAN! Communication is absolutely horrible- I can never call and talk to someone from the leasing office because they never answer. I signed a year lease but already can’t wait to get out of these living conditions

  Son unas personas inrresponsables la administración pésima y cuando necesitas salirte de emergencia. Por trabajo o algo. No te dejan y te cobran cantidades elevadas. Y la atención pésima .

  I just moved in a week ago and I have to say I had some set backs on the apartment at first vs what I toured but at the end of the day I love my space! I have met 2 of my neighbors and they are truly so sweet and nice. The office staff have been great. I was thrown for a loop when it came to the patio indoor/outdoor rug not being able to be out but I understand why and not being able to have things attached to the railings is 50/50 understandable but I am able to think of something else and do my decorating to my outdoor space another way and make it fun!

  I have lived here for nearly two years, and I have always submitted maintenance requests; however, lately, they have left me waiting for service for over two weeks. You submit a request, and they mark it as "completed" without providing any reason as to why they didn't show up. You call the office, and they tell you they're on their way—but they never arrive. My calls are constantly ignored—all because I'm waiting so long for maintenance requests to be addressed—yet when it comes to paying rent, they expect punctuality. Living here has become a major problem; the maintenance department no longer seems to accept requests, and I have been ignored for a very long time. Living here is the worst.

  Not a big review person but I can’t stress enough the pointe was great my first year took all maintenance jobs seriously and tbh actually seemed like they cared now idk new management new agents idk but nobody seems to care about anything other than a paycheck took 2 weeks to get my garage fixed would not lock or close or go up after day 1 of getting it added on to my bill my dryer that randomly started to spark on the inside never got addressed and I called about that months ago this is also the 2 summer in a row I have went without ac and also on day 4 or 5 with no ac was also 95 degrees today and 85 degrees in my unit I really liked it here up until that past year I don’t know if there is any communication issues in the office the 3 times I had to go down there there all just sitting on there phones that or the maintenance team is just no good definitely not going to renew my lease when it’s done bet this doesn’t go anywhere because it’s not there problem so why would they care but how is there no communication on anything and everyone is all confused like uhhh wdym uhh I told u who I am and the issue yesterday wdym uhhh yeah will get someone on it 2 days later nothing and nobody did nothing nobody understands nothing just nothing Update Ac is out again another 2 days no communication about the issue told someone will call me back never did had to call again today guess what will have someone call u back shocking someone called back and had a attitude with me like I want to call you in the first place I just want my ac fixed and no more problems or excuses and yeah it’s fixed can’t tell you what happened but it’s fixed also I never submit any issues or ever bother them in any way up until recently bills paid on time I follow all there rules I give them no trouble so I am fed up at this point and leave work early I am a manager that works 6 days a week 12 hour days and stop in and the lady at the first little table young blonde girl total gave me total attitude and talked to me like I was a problem because I asked how I can get out of my lease like what I have a problem with this place and you give me a attitude and take no accountability or take responsibility just.be totally rude like I work with a lot of people and have great relationships with a lot of people WORD WILL GET OUT ABOUT THIS PLACE DO NOT LIVE HERE
