  WARNING ABOUT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX- DO NOT IGNORE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS PEOPLE ARE NOT MAKING THESE THINGS UP ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR APARTMENTS. Ok this review been long needed it is safe to say I do not live at these apartments anymore. My brother and I lived here for only one year (with plans in the beginning to be here for a while) within our first month of living here our unit was “accused” of having marijuana in our apartment and was threatened to be evicted if it didn’t stop. My brother and I don’t smoke.. however we were the two young black dudes who lived in our building…you do the math. So after we challenged this accusation we were found innocent and the management never apologized for it. Not only do they not pick up the phones when you call, they also have maintenance men who enter your apartments and individual rooms, without warning (yeah I’ve been walked in on by a maintenance guy while I was ASLEEP in my bed with barely clothes on), I’ve tried to call and report and you can’t complain to their boss if she’s never there ! Nor the Pointe Managment corporate phone number doesn’t either, must be a company thing! And it gets WORSE ! (BE AWARE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX WILL decide to not renew your lease with no explanation why , when rent was always paid on time, no noise complaint, overall good tenant minus the false accusation. THEY'VE DONE THIS TO TENANTS BEFORE CHECK THEIR CORPORATE GOOGLE REVIEWS! I do wanna say though, Tricia was very helpful towards my brother and i during our move out date with allowing an extension so I thought… brother and I moved out May 2nd 2026, and notice we were being charged for the whole MONTH of May but our lease ended officially May 6th, we didn’t officially accept the extension from Tricia but they were still tryna charge for a full month , turning in the key I was greeted with absolute attitude from the consultants- which one repeatedly raised her voice and wouldn’t give her name accurately (mumbling/just not talking like an actual functioning adult) so I have proof of turning in my key. I truly hope sometime in the near future this management company will get bought out by something better, cause man these apartments are beautiful and I enjoyed my time here- but the management really ruined it for us. DONT LIVE HERE

  The worst management out of any complex I have ever lived in!! I moved to Papillion to be closer to the cosmetology school I am currently attending, from the beginning I have had nothing but problems with this place, at the beginning of this process I had reached out several times on phone and email, would take over a week to hear back after reaching out several times. When I finally was able to get her on the phone we scheduled a time in person to get everything squared away after driving over 30 minutes to the Papillion area to arrive on time for our SCHEDULED meeting I was turned away because she was unprepared with her documentation and did not have what was needed. Unfortunately I still needed to go through with the lease since I did not have enough time to go through the paperwork process with a different complex before I needed to br moved to Papillion for my schooling. I have been here a couple months and am now being charged almost 1,700for rent for July because the old manager “forgot “ to charge me a pet fee, when from the very start I had informed her I indeed had a cat. Extremely frustrating to have to scramble to pay over 500 more this upcoming month with no notice of anything especially when I had asked the leasing office if there was anymore information or anything needed from me after I was finally sent the forms to electronically sign the lease since I was turned away from our scheduled meeting..they also didn’t inform me I had needed a black hills energy account prior to signing, luckily another person at the office who was very nice and helpful, India white i believe was able to remove those late fees from the black hills account since I was not informed of needing Said account, which I am appreciative of. Overall just have had a negative experience with the complex and communication with them, I moved here to try to ease some stress by being closer to school and unfortunately it has done the exact opposite for me! Do not recommend!

  Después de dos días con un salidero en mi apartamento, y supuestamente cada vez que llamo vienen mantenimiento y "arregla", pero al rato vuelve el salidero. Pues anoche tuve que llamar de nuevo por lo mismo, vinieron, dice que arregló y al marcharse y yo verificar, nada, el salidero continúa. Al ser ya tarde en la noche, decido no llamar mas hasta el próximo dia, y cual no sería mi sorpresa al sentir, a las 11:15 pm, repito, 11:15 de la noche, ruido en mi apartamento y cuando salgo de mi habitación, peor aún, el hombre de mantenimiento DENTRO DE MI APARTAMENTO , sin mi autorización, estando yo dormido junto a mi esposa, violando mi privacidad, todo. En estos momentos ya no me siento seguro viviendo aquí, pues, no siento ni seguridad, ni privacidad, ni nada. Al respecto tomaré medidas. Ahora me responden y dicen que debía ir a la oficina. Para que? Puse la queja en la oficina y NUNCA, NUNCA, me dieron respuesta. Solo cuando yo fui la Manager la respuesta que me dio fue que de mantenimiento no le habían contestado y que si yo quería que cambiara la cerradura. Al parecer hay tan poca seguridad aquí que los inquilinos debemos cambiar cerraduras para que la gente no entre a nuestros apartamentos a las 11: 15 pm. Creo que eso no es respuesta de un Manager a un inquilino. Si de veras quieren dar un buen servicio revisen eso. De echo desde ese dia yo no e vuelto a sentir seguridad en mi vida, ni privacidad.

  They look like great apartments from the outside, but I have lived here since April and I have had nothing but issues with the leasing office and maintenance team neglecting ME and my unit. TWICE since I have lived here my AC has gone out in 85/90 degree weather. Maintenance team is careless and lazy. I had a pump in my toilet replaced and they left the old and dirty one IN MY TRASHCAN! Communication is absolutely horrible- I can never call and talk to someone from the leasing office because they never answer. I signed a year lease but already can’t wait to get out of these living conditions

  Son unas personas inrresponsables la administración pésima y cuando necesitas salirte de emergencia. Por trabajo o algo. No te dejan y te cobran cantidades elevadas. Y la atención pésima .
