Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, which provides an incredible amount of space for our family of four (two adults and two teenagers). One of the biggest perks is that everyone gets their own walk-in closet and private bathroom—something you rarely find in apartment living! The layout is thoughtfully designed, with a true laundry room (not just a closet with a washer/dryer squeezed in), which makes everyday life much easier. We also really appreciate having a two-car garage—another rare amenity that adds a lot of convenience and storage space. This is a pet-friendly community, and there’s plenty of grassy areas and walking space to take our dogs out. It feels like the complex was designed with both families and pets in mind, and that's something we really value. Overall, Sagebrook offers a combination of space, comfort, and thoughtful features that’s hard to beat. We’re very happy to call it home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-maintained, pet-friendly place to live.
