  We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Heather! From start to finish, she was extremely communicative and kept us informed every step of the way. No question was too small—she patiently answered the million questions we had and always made sure we felt confident in the process. What really set her apart was how she handled challenges. When we had a broken pipe while our home was listed, she jumped right in (literally!) to help us navigate the situation, coordinate restoration, manage the remodel, and even ensure the house was cleaned and ready to show again. She truly went above and beyond in ways we never expected. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and honestly just so stinkin’ good at what she does. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in selling our home and would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

  Steph went above and beyond working to sell our home. Our home sale was more complex than most. She worked relentlessly with multiple agents and contractors to see it through to the end. She was always available to answer our many questions, not only about the home we were selling, but also the many properties she showed us and the one we decided to purchase.   It was great working with Amanda. She was always available and ready to talk about any concerns or questions we had. There were a couple of hiccups on the other side of the sale and she was able to check in with whoever was needed to make sure everything was in order.
