  The service provided by Ravand and Jordan was amazing! They really helped my family out in a difficult situation when we were preparing to move into Shadow Bay. My family and I were preparing to move into the Shadow Bay apartments and suddenly had to change plans due to outside factors. Ravand and Jordan helped us every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of and that the transition could go as smoothly as possible. When there was ambiguity on policy, they made sure higher ups were made aware and helped find flexibility where it made sense and saved me a lot of stress. Because of Ravand and Jordan we plan on returning in the future and I cannot recommend the place enough.

  I worked with Mirada and she was great! She was flexible with tour times and provided super helpful insight on the location and the property. Management was transparent through the application process and the leasing process.

  They dont take care of there units anything happens you have to take care of it even though we already pay rent and the owner should fix issues and me and my wife recently lost our new born son and have been trying to get back to work and get bills caught up so I was 2 weeks late from a 2 month notice of moving out so now I am told I have to stay for an additional month.. not happy with how they manage anything plus they make you pay 75 dollars to have your dog tested for if you don't pick up the poop but yet there is poop everywhere so they take your money and then leave it at that. I can't wait to be out of here. Will not recommend to anybody.
