- BJBeautifulbless JoyJun 6, 20261.0I give one star because there is no way to give zero star! Those are very terrible people to rent from in Fargo ND! I move in on February 15 2025 and move our April 31 2026 due to the apartments was so dirty and unkempt, I make a video when to the office to talk to them the lady I meet said she was going to clean up the apartment but unfortunately she didn't that lea to my moving out! Now I move out they refused to give back my security deposit in the name of the clean the apartment and paint it as what? I even call one of their workers to tell them about the light in the bathroom that blow up and he told me that was not important to them and I said my son almost got hurt because of that,and he said if u say one more thing I will cut my phone off and I told him you are welcome to do so! I have pictures and videos that I want to post here as well! This apartment people are very mean! I regret the day the minute the time and my life by renting from them! I can never allow any of my friends or family members to rent from them! With what I want though with them! I have never do such things before my leaving reviews for apartments but this urban view apartment shows me dirty so I have no choice but to leave reviews for them! I try to attack the pictures and videos but no way which make me so sad 😞 😢 right now!

Was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout the whole process making it even easier for myself. 5 stars much deserved.
