- CTCasey ThomazinJun 8, 20261.0The most unorganized and unprofessional mess I've ever seen. Multiple times I sent messages about open 2 bedroom apartments that were just ignored. Then I finally got an appointment scheduled through their website and was no-showed. Waited 20 minutes and didn't hear a peep from anyone. Then decided to give them another chance and was actually able to talk to someone and schedule another viewing. Day before the viewing they texted saying the apartment wasn't available anymore. Then they text again saying all of the 3 bedrooms are unavailable when I was looking for a 2 bedroom. Absolutely nothing was correct. If this is the attention to detail they give to prospective tenants, I can't imagine how they treat existing ones. Get it together.

One of the managers lied and said we refused a tour, we said we would prefer them to come at 5 instead of 3 so we could be home and make sure no valuables are stolen without them seeing or knowing. We also have a cat so we would’ve preferred to be there in case anything happened. She said she’d call us back to let us know and never called back then lied and said we refused a tour. The parking here is also horrendous if you’re trying to make a parking spot after 5 it’s almost impossible. They never ticket people who park in the entrance areas either. The garages can also be easily broken into when any key. We pay $1,115 in rent and can barely trust the managers, parking, or garages 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.
