  No signs saying you can’t park next to garage and they tow your vehicle away.

  Live with the ants and welcome your neighbors to stealing your packages. Maybe your sink will overflow 3 times in one week after not using it. If that happens maybe maintenance will come that day or next week. Pest control is almost always there yet there’s so many bugs and ants coming from the tile but it’s okay because the office will tell us someone will come look. By the looks it’s a nice apartment but handles will fall off and the floor will grow cracks, almost all of the shades for windows or a sliding door are bound to fall off so just collect all of the fallen shade and stick em in the back of the closet and pull them out when you move out. Unless you so happen to get in touch with maintenance maybe it’ll get fixed weeks-months since you asked.

  This has been one of the worst living experiences I have ever had. There is a serious roach infestation in and around this building. I’m not talking about the occasional bug — I’m talking about clusters of large roaches breeding around the property. You can visibly see them gathering outside the building, and at night it becomes dramatically worse. The activity increases at least tenfold after dark. It is disturbing and unacceptable. Inside my apartment, the problem is even worse. Large roaches are everywhere, and it is obvious they are reproducing. I literally cannot sleep at night without roaches crawling on me. This is horrifying, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. No tenant should have to endure this.
