  So far so good with Snow Farm and their maintenance staff as well. Very courteous professional and they have a real sense of urgency regarding any concern that may arise. My unit stays so cool so far. I have not had to use the AC unit they’re built very well. I love the dog park as well as my own covered private parking spot. It’s definitely a community within a community. No regrets!

  I've lived in the Snowfarm apartments for a year now with my dog. I've lived in student rentals and older houses all around Missoula, and once I got my own business off the ground, I wanted to find a home that felt peaceful, was aesthetically pleasing, and had responsive management. I could save some money staying in a modified house in the university district, but I'd rather have a home where I actually get to decompress at the end of the day. The staff here are wonderful, too. After years of case management work, I've worked with most local property management companies in some capacity, and I can honestly say Snowfarm is the best I've worked with. They're responsive, respectful, and kind, and they work hard to maintain a genuinely beautiful, peaceful community.

  My wife and I recently moved to Snowfarm from a nearby apartment. We absolutely love it here! Our apartment is beautiful with its large kitchen, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceiling, luxury vinyl plank floors throughout and huge windows that let in tons of light. We really enjoy the amenities including the gym which has all of the weight machines, free weights, kettle bells, treamills, ellipticals, a stair stepper and Peleton bikes you’d find in a commercial gym. The pool area also has a year-round spa and cold plunge. There is a huge park here with swings and playground equipment too. The Snowfarm staff is excellent and made our move so easy. We are so happy to be residents!

  Snow Farm has been such a great experience for me. I went from being a homeowner to renting here, and honestly, I’ve found a sense of relief and relaxation that I didn’t realize I needed. There’s something about coming home and not having the constant weight of homeownership on your shoulders. I love the amenities, the neighborhood, and the overall atmosphere. It really feels like there’s something here for everyone…whether you’re looking for places to relax, stay active, spend time with the kids, or enjoy some time outside with your dogs. The kid-friendly areas and dog spaces are a huge bonus, too. For me, Snow Farm has become more than just a place to live. It’s a place where I’ve been able to slow down, breathe a little, and actually enjoy coming home. And sometimes, that’s worth a lot more than owning four walls.
