  Just moved in 2 weeks ago. Haven't lived in an apartment for 35 years. It was quite a switch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Still getting use to upstairs noise. Very dog friendly.

  I had such a wonderful experience living here and would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained place to call home. I was only here for a one-year lease and ended up moving out because my roommate’s circumstances changed, but if it were up to me, I would have been more than happy to stay. The management here is truly one of the best parts. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I never had a bad experience with management, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about the residents and wanted everyone to have a good experience living here. That made a huge difference for me. It’s also a very family-friendly community, and I always felt safe living here. There’s a really nice sense of community throughout the complex, and it genuinely feels like people care about where they live. The property itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Every time I would walk to the gym, I would see someone cleaning the pool, taking care of the landscaping, or doing something around the property to keep everything looking nice. You can tell that a lot of effort goes into maintaining the complex. The amenities were also a huge plus. The gym, pool, and sauna were all wonderful, and I really enjoyed having those available. Everything was consistently clean and taken care of. Overall, I’m really grateful I got to live here for the year that I did. I truly feel like it was worth every penny I spent, and I have nothing but good things to say about the community and the people who work here. I would 100% recommend living here and would happily choose this place again!

  Mullan reserve apartments has been such an amazing first apartment experience. Management (Brittany and Alec) have been so good at communicating and replying in such a timely manner. And on top of that maintenance was so on top of requests while doing such a good job at fulfilling them correctly. The move in process was easy to navigate and when getting the keys the unit was so clean and bright. And the moving out process has also been so smooth. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for great management and maintenance while still having a beautiful clean unit. (plus so many great amenities that are actually well maintained!)

  This is a great place to live! The property is well kept and beautiful. The pool, garden beds, community areas and amenities are all nice to have. The staff and management are excellent, very friendly, and quick to help fix any issue. The dog park is very nice to have, and has been a great way to meet neighbors and make friends. I highly recommend living here.

  We loved living at Mullan Reserve. The community was welcoming, the amenities are great, and we had plenty of space in our apartment. The office staff & maintenance team went above and beyond to make us & our dog feel at home. We were so sad to leave the community, but would recommend living here to anyone! Highly recommend getting a car port depending on where your apartment is.
