Great place to enjoy Missoula, and an even better place to live! Great people in the management here :)

Costco extended their parking lot, causing more traffic. Trains pass right next to the building and there's a recycling plant right behind with sounds of trucks beeping and cans crushing daily. 2 stars because Travis was nice.
(People also love stealing bikes here. Had a bike stolen and caught some blue haired mohawk disassembling my peddles.)
The good thing about this place was parking, laundry was always good, nothing broke, ac and heater okay, and the owner who owned the building was very understanding. Our bathroom was big!
Didn’t like this place due to always had to deal with a neighbor downstairs who always complained about us to management about noise. We got a letter from them too often, the neighbor confronted us, management did nothing about that.
My motorbike here got stolen from here. My car got dented from one of their residence, that person drove a red car and lived above us.
Noise level is not what they say, we can hear everything like everything from drawers being opened and shut to what goes bump in the night.
Their ideal rooms had a curtain to separate the bedroom from kitchen to save? That’s what they told us. Their property management was not at all professional and lacked people skills.
We were here for over 7 years, not renewing.

This is by far the worst property management I've ever experienced. This company cheats their renters out of money for no good reason. My girlfriend, her mother, her grandmother and I spend TWO days cleaning the apartment SPOTLESS, while her mother was scrubbing the floors clean on her hands and knees. The carpet cleaner we hired to clean the carpets said it was the cleanest apartment he has seen and it made his job a breeze. After the inspection was done by the management company, they added on that there was a hair on the counter, a spot on the mirror, they were going to have to replace the stove drip bowls (which were spotless) and that we broke the dishwasher because it was not fastened down to the floor (which it never was upon moving in). They continued to say that they would be charging for every hour of cleaning that they would have to do. All I can say about this company is NEVER rent from them, they cheat people out of their money and I have now heard this from multiple sources.

MPM kept in touch with us well and tried their best to handle the noise and other issues, but the slamming of doors, cops being called, and old marijuana smell was annoying. During the move out the owner of Great Northern sent a person in to do an inspection before MPM and the person broke things in the apartment. Another issue was the pricing, 650 a month, for a very tiny "one bedroom" apartment, the bedroom "door" was just a dingy looking curtain. The AC unit always blew in the smell of roting food from outside. I recommend choosing a different apartment through MPM.
