It was pretty much an uphill battle from the moment we moved in. The apartment was not properly cleaned when we moved in. The front desk associate at the time understood but Alex basically tried to say we had too high of standards.
After moving in, it was extremely clear they had a bug problem. We were finding at least one spider a day in our apartment, which didn't end even when we were moving out over a year later. In reality it had to be over a spider a day because we also lined our apartment with sticky traps due to this, they were constantly filled with spiders. They also have an ant problem, we finally discovered they were coming out of the walls. We talked to other tenants and previous ones, apparently this has been an on going issue they refuse to fix. We were constantly told it was because we were on the first floor or it's "that time of year". But I've lived on other first floor apartments in Missoula and never had this issue.
The hot tub and pool were not properly cleaned any time we saw them. Whether it was the few times we went for a swim or simply just looking at them from the mail room. The hot tub seemed particularly grimey. We also constantly had a problem with our mail going other places, though that is not necessarily Copper Run's fault.
The last negative I'll say is worth mentioning is there was a huge build up of moisture in our bedroom window. Enough to cause mold that kept reappearing. We had to constantly spray down the window and air it out. This seemed to be a known problem as the maintenance crew already knew what we were going to say and already knew the solution to the problem.
That being said, the only positives I have are the maintenance crew and the apartment itself. The maintenance crew were extremely fast in repairs and seemed to know what they were doing most of the time. For the few times their solutions didn't work, they seemed to be more then willing to come back to fix the problem. The layout of the apartment itself is nice, it would be an amazing apartment if it had better people who managed it.

We absolutely love living here! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to get ahold of whenever we need anything. The application process was simple, and we’ve been very happy with our apartment since moving in.
The amenities, especially the pool and gym, are great, and we appreciate how well the property is maintained and kept looking nice. We also want to thank the maintenance technician who helped us with a few issues when we first moved in, they were quick, professional, and very helpful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and we highly recommend it!

Overall it has been a great experience living here so far. The application process was straightforward with a quick turn around. The office staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Maintenance is quick to address requests. The community is clean and inviting. My only complaint really is the weird pricing structure, but this place is still more affordable than my prior apartment through ADEA given the amenities! I would definitely recommend this place.
