- MMMTEsquire_Jun 17, 20262.0Living here is pretty great, they are relatively nice apartments, at a decent price considering the area. Amenities are good, and there is a back entrance to the parking lot to avoid Mullan. 2 stars because one of the people in the office, Mike, is constantly sabotaging every attempt at decent communication with tenants. Between blatantly lying to us about information regarding a post-lease inspection, unprofessional and error ridden emails, and only emailing one resident instead of both residents on the lease, his presence leaves a sour taste. Any interaction with him leaves me frustrated and wishing I only interacted with Chantelle(the property manager who is an angel). The maintenance crew is very good at being responsive and pleasant to interact with.

Couldn’t be happier and sad to be leaving! Maintenance calls were answered professionally and on time. These apartments are hard to beat compared to what’s out there price wise and all that comes with it. Yes there are some added fees but they aren’t terrible to other complexes. If I ever move back and not into a home I’d be coming back here to Brooklynwest! Thank you for giving me a beautiful home during my time here!
