She was quick to respond, and provided answers to our questions. There were questions specific to that particular property that she wasn't able to answer, but rather than tell us "I don't know" she went out of her way to drive out into the middle of nowhere for us. She took many pictures and videos of the property to answer those questions. We set a date to come check the place out for ourselves about a month after contacting her, and we drove from Washington state the day after Christmas to meet her and see the property. Everything went smooth. She met us, we viewed the property, and we ended up buying it. She also negotiated with the owner on our behalf on price, as well as a few inspections that we requested. She met with local companies to get the testing done on the well and septic system. We don't plan on buying property again in our lifetime, and this was the first time we ever have. But if we were to do it again, we would most certainly contact Andrea again. I have no reservations recommending her if you are interested in buying property listed in her area. We are 100% satisfied with our experience.
