  We lived here from August 2025-August 2026. The dog park was frequently full of poop and was not maintained. Sometimes i would check their website and see rent inflated to almost $3k/month for a 2-bed apartment, while our rent was $1800/month for the same unit! No wonder they have so many vacancies! Oh, also we still haven't received our deposit back (or itemized list of repairs) and it's been well over a month.

  I have lived here at Silverbrook for almost four years and thoroughly enjoy it. The maintenance crew has always been prompt and courteous. The current management and staff are friendly and have been very helpful whenever I have had a question. The common areas are well maintained which shows a higher standard of care for the complex. Covered parking has just been added for some of the buildings which is very much appreciated. After selling my home, I feel I made a good choice in choosing to live here at Silverbrook.

  The Apartments are well maintained and accommodating Nick, Shawna, Jessica and Brayden are on top of every concern They are hands on with solving every detail The Leasing is renter friendly and flexible There are more apartments being built in the area and It wouldn’t surprise me if these people get hired away, they treat the place like they own it and like the tenants are family Any kind of business would be lucky to have any one of them

  I'm just rounding out my 1st year living here, and I have enjoyed it so far. Enough that I will renew my lease for another year. I've seen some bad reviews on here that are questionable to say the least. The thing about reviews is, you usually only get 1 side of the story. Although everything is not always perfect, my personal experience with the on-site staff has been excellent! They are always very kind, courteous, attentive, and helpful. Every time I have needed something, they have gone above and beyond. That's something that is not easy to find.

  I would not recommend living at Silverbrook Apartments. In my experience, management has been very unprofessional. They have entered our apartment without providing a reasonable time frame for when they would be coming, which is frustrating and makes it difficult to plan around. Another issue is the way parking is handled. Instead of communicating with residents, they put stickers directly on people’s car windows for parking violations, which feels excessive and disrespectful. Maintenance has also been disappointing. The maintenance technician has been weird during interactions, and several repairs seemed to create mor e problems than they solved. They grounds are gross and a mess dog poop everywhere and they don’t keep up with anything. Overall, communication, professionalism, and maintenance have all fallen well below my expectations. I hope management takes resident concerns more seriously and improves how they treat the people who live here.
