  my family and I recently moved into these apartments, they are beautiful and have amazing views! All the staff at Silver Brook have been nothing short of amazing. We love living here.

  Just made the incredible move from Michigan to Silverbrook apartments, where Shawna and Tracey truly made my transition nothing short of extraordinary. Both were remarkably supportive throughout the entire process. I moved in on a Sunday, a day the office is typically closed, yet they still ensured my apartment was ready and even went the extra mile to bring in my memory foam mattress on the very day it was delivered. The apartment itself is a stunning and impressively spacious for a one-bedroom. My dogs and I are absolutely thankfuk here, and the breathtaking view of the mountains is simply amazing! Thank you both for extending such a warm and inviting welcome home.

  Update #2: After making a report to the Better Business Bureau, Silverbrook offered a reimbursement for the bogus charge for carpet cleaning with one condition… I delete this review and agree to make no further reviews. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This company is built off of lies with terrible customer service. There are far more unhappy residents then happy. The only reason they have 5 star reviews is because they hire people to make fake reviews. Look at these peoples’ past reviews. They’re not even from around the valley. Terrible company, terrible leadership. They should be ashamed. Get rid of management employees Devyn and Bailey, and director Chris, and maybe they’d be able to turn this company around. Update: Instead of replying professionally, management had acquaintances of theirs make 5-star reviews as if they were satisfied residents, further proving their dishonesty. 👎🏻 Shameful If I could give a 0, I would. I couldn’t dream of a worse place for someone to live than Silverbrook Apartments. We began renting from them in January of 2024. There were a few instances that solidified us leaving a bad review. 1.) The lease started terribly as we had a bored neighbor who would complain about our dog barking. We were left notes consistently by this neighbor and it resulted in us getting rid of our beloved dog simply to silence the constant harassment. Police were called and happily acknowledged that the dog’s behavior was not abnormal and the barking was not excessive, yet the harassment continued until he was gone. 2.) The second occupant on the lease was attacked and bit by a dog from a neighboring apartment. The dog was completely unprovoked. She was left with a scar on her leg and immediately filed not only a police report but also reported the attack to management. We were never able to obtain proof of rabies because the apartment managers say there is “nothing they can do until I get proof a dog is living there”. When speaking to Bailey B and asking when they would reprimand this dog’s owner, she stated “It is not her job” to knock on the door or watch to see if the dog is living there. It has been over two months and there has still been nothing done about this dog. The owner holds this dog's mouth shut any time it is walked by other residents so that it will not attack. When sitting at the hot tub one night conversing with another resident we were told that the same dog had attacked her dad as well. This dog is violent and Bailey and Devyn P refuse to do anything about it. 3.) The two apartment managers have racially discriminated against our guests on two occasions now. Several times that we have been at the pool, we have spoken to other people who are friends of a resident or friends of a friend of a resident. There have been people using and dropping glass alcohol bottles despite signs saying explicitly not to have glass in the pool. Never has management come out of their office to confront this issue or these people. However, on TWO occasions now, they have come out to confront a black guest making her prove that she knows someone there who can speak on her right to be there. Management is unprofessional and deceitful. They claim there are signs around the pool stating that no one under 18 can be at the pool alone and that every person at the pool must be accompanied by a resident. This is a false claim by management as I have a time-stamped photo proving there is no such sign anywhere on the premises. Devyn and Bailey need to be held accountable for the hostile communication and poor management that they give. I wholeheartedly believe they contribute MASSIVELY to the bad reputation that Silverbrook Apartments has. Looking forward to speaking to someone besides the two of them to get answers for their inadmissible behavior.
