The Arrow Townhomes & Flats is a new student community with luxury flats & townhome apartments in Bozeman, MT. We offer resort-style amenities for the students of Montana State University and are located near the MSU campus. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and 4 and 5 bedroom townhomes. Every bedroom comes with a private bathroom. Amenities include a 24-hour clubhouse with a fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room, and resort-style pool with spas. We also have a game room with flat screen tv's, arcade games, a pingpong table, a pool table, and shuffleboard. Come check out our Bozeman apartments!

- MKMolly KingstonAug 15, 20261.0This place is terrible! Don’t ever live here! I moved here as a sophomore and lived here for a year. I thought it would be good in rent and it’s close to campus. But the place I moved into was absolutely horrific. When I moved in, the whole entire place was covered in mold and dog hair, mind you I was supposed to move in on time. When I moved into this apartment, I was told that the old Roomate no longer lived there and she would not grab her old things meaning all other appliances left in the apartment. One month in I noticed there was a roach infestation, my neighbor that lived two doors away from me had a mold infestation. The rent is high and there is no sanitation at all. The pool is closed half the time because it’s basically half tweas. This place truly does not care about your well-being, you will complain to the front office, and they will not do anything about it. They bribe you with text about free stuff in the front office but randomly raise your utilities or rent.This place is unreliable and has many cases on it due to the unreliable and inhumane living spaces they provide. No matter what you do, do not put in a lease at the arrows apartments.

The property is held to a terrible low standard and is always trashed. It was impossible to get ahold of maintenance and the leasing office. They truly do not care about their tenants and half the stuff in the apartment is always broken, especially taking into a count the heavy price tag.

Whole living there a lot of stuff kept breaking and the maintenance team did nothing to repair it apart from showing up once with painters tape trying to tape stuff back together.
