  Have sent 3 emails over the past two weeks about applications here. Either get no response or “thanks for reaching out please respond with your questions” then when you respond it turns into no response. No wonder you have so many open apartments, you aren’t trying to fill them. Even sent times we were available for a meeting or tour (over 9 hours total within their business hours) and still nothing.

  This is my first apartment so I can speak much for the unit itself, but I’ve lived under many property management companies.. so this this review is in regards to the staff. What can I say, INCREDIBLE! Nicole had everything in order and made the move-in process smooth and easy. Some of the team even helped me get moved in. I had some issues with my garage and maintenance was there in less than a minute! These guys have it all together 💯 Also, everyone in the community has been incredibly welcoming and friendly.

  This 5-Star review goes to the staff of Baxter Meadows but I especially would like to call out the maintenance team. Requests are fixed quickly and they have always checked back to make sure everything is working properly. Not only are they fast with their service they are also very friendly. Thank you for everything it does not go unnoticed by residents!

  Been living here for a few months, love it! Management is quick to help/ respond to questions and maintenance is awesome!

  Visiting. Lovely apartments but sure a lot of dog piles all over the common lawn areas.
