  Move-in was made easy, the apartment was spotless, and the leasing office was more than ready to answer my countless questions! So excited that I now get to call this place home!

  I moved here in late August of 2023 and out by February of 2024. The move-in and move-out process were both equally a headache including LARGE amounts of miscommunication and just being ignored. Upon moving in, I sent an email with a few things to note and never received a call about them including things such as a whining shower and leaking kitchen sink. They also left me a note stating they flagged my dog for feces found on the property. When the location was written on the "ticket" it was apparently found in a place we don't even walk by. I was extremely frustrated and feel that this was false. The walls or floor in our case were paper thin and the neighbors below us spent many nights up late watching TV and partying, I could barely sleep my last few weeks there. The insulation was ATROCIOUS, I spent nearly $200 a month heating our 800 sq ft apartment. For reference, it's barely a $100 to heat my current 1,800 sq ft apartment. You're also forced to pay utilities for the office space because of a "gym" thats free to use. When moving out, I had asked for the move out sheet PRIOR to the weekend so I could be given adequate time to clean any items they found needed a once over. Per your lease agreement you should be given a minimum of 24 hours to complete these. Not only did the gentleman not email me the copy, I had to email them several times to get it. This was all well after the lease ended so I couldn't go back to fix things even if I wanted to. We dealt with random cars being parked for several weeks - months in our parking lot, as well as several people improperly parking so we were unable to park near our building. I had such high hopes moving into here and every single one of them was crushed upon the type of treatment I received. They quote you so low for rent but add all these additional utility fees. You're better off living in Belgrade or any other apartment for that matter if you don't want to pay upwards of $300-$500 higher than your rent. Do not move here. I hope Roundhouse works on their communication, I will never respect a company that ignores its tenants. They will also give you additional points for leaving them a good google review. The more points you get, the more money you can get back in a gift card. Sad this place has to rig the review system in order for true reviews like this to get muddled down.

  My mom & I just moved into our new place & we love it! Anne was amazing throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend!

  I moved in here under old management and had no issues. Upon new management my rent went up an absurd amount of money and I had to move into one of the one bedroom apartments (for the same price I was previously paying for a two bedroom apartment). The apartments are right along the highway so if you like the sound of trucks all night long, keeping you up, then you will love these apartments. Management there now intensely micromanages- emails and letters constantly. Today I received a smoking complaint and I don’t even smoke. I am moving out at the end of this month and I cannot wait. This has just been a terrible experience- please look elsewhere.
