- BTBrandon TrigueiroJan 23, 20231.0If you have to break the lease they will make you pay an arm and a leg to get out of the contract. My wife and I cleaned our apartment from top to bottom before leaving (excluding a few holes that needed to be patched and a couple of small personal items). They charged a 5 hour cleaning fee(over $200) for less than 900 sq ft! When we asked for clarification on what wasn’t adequately cleaned and/or photo proof that the items weren’t sufficiently cleaned we were met with silence. Average apartments at outlandish prices…look elsewhere for housing.
