- ABApril Brodie6 days ago1.0These apartments used to be great before the current management company took over. They advertise “low rent,” but they make up for it later by nickel-and-diming tenants with ridiculous charges at move out. We paid $350 for a professional cleaner before our inspection, and they still decided to charge us another $275 cleaning fee over minor things like dust on a heat register and a few tiny details. It honestly feels like they look for excuses to keep your security deposit no matter how well you clean. Management is responsive, but rarely helpful, and the whole experience leaves you feeling taken advantage of.
