  We just moved in recently and from the very beginning its been an incredibly smooth, welcoming, and homey experience. The facilities are clean, organized and feel very safe. I also really appreciate the gym which is fully equipped and clean as well. We got a cute welcome packet with a discount for the coffee shop next door and it was probably the best coffee I’ve had in Bozeman. Overall such a straightforward easy process between touring, moving and settling in. Also, shoutout to Mazzy at the leasing department, she was so helpful and responsive!

  Really well kept property, great dog community (with a dog park and wash), safe, ideal location. I love that the gym is never too busy and my dog gets a treat each time she stops by the office!

  Unfortunately one of the worst places that my husband and I have lived in. If you consider the Haymaker we recommend renting on the upper floor as the walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbor tiptoe. This a problem in the whole building as we’ve talked to neighbors who have the same problem. It was so bad that our upstairs neighbor was walking and the glasses in our cabinets were shaking. They did end up moving us to another unit which was appreciated but that problem and others persisted. There is never any parking at night and you’ll have to park blocks down the street. They hired towing which is nice but the amount of parking just makes 0 sense for how many people live in building. Lastly, our deciding factor to move to the apartment ended up being the biggest disappointment. The dog park. It’s absolutely disgusting as much as I hate to say it. Almost feels like a minefield walking through that thing with all the poop. A lot of the times poops bags will be stacked from the ground (outside of trash since it’s so full) all the way to the top. So many other small issues that we ran into such as trash chutes being locked at times and trash just piling up outside and constant smell of smoke in common areas such as elevators despite it being a smoke free building. It’s unfortunate but we would not recommend the Haymaker to anyone. The only semi positive thing I can say is that the girls at the front and maintenance will try to work with you but it seems like the problems are far beyond anything they can fix. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

  My daughter just moved into Haymaker Apartments while starting at MSU and I can’t stop smiling! From day (minus) one! The staff made her feel welcomed, supported, and part of a caring community 🏡❤️. Major shoutouts to Mazzy and Josie - you both made moving in effortless. Josie even hauled heavy packages up the stairs like a strong-arm champ 💪📦! And let’s give a huge cheer for Skit in maintenance, legendary help and always there in a pinch 👏. Haymaker truly stands out with its gallery of top-tier amenities: chef-level stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, beautiful tile work, washer/dryer, walk‑in closets, built‑in bookshelves, A/C, high-speed Wi‑Fi, and smart‑unit tech everywhere. Living here means access to a fully equipped fitness center, secure bike storage with wash/rack facilities, controlled access, garage parking, elevator, lounge, package service, and a dog park with wash station and pet friendly fees that make it all possible 🐾. It’s literally steps from downtown Bozeman, MSU, coffee shops, 20th & Main and walking distance to shops, parks, and the Museum of the Rockies perfect location 🌟. This place isn’t just about beautiful apartments - it’s a welcoming, vibrant community: families, students, singles, pets, and neighbors who really look out for each other 🐾❤️. It already feels like home. If you’re looking for more than just an address, if you want a place with heart, convenience, and staff that truly cares, Haymaker Apartments is it. Five stars all the way! 🌟🙌
