  I called The Expo to inquire about housing for my daughter and Aly made the experience seamless, informative , extremely pleasant and so welcoming that I could not wait for my daughter to move in. Aly went above and beyond. She was attuned to our needs, my concerns for safety, and the student aspects of payment. I would HIGHLY recommend the complex based on how positive and attentive Ally managed our application process. Thank you, Aly!

  The expo has been a great place to live. The amenities are wonderful and the living spaces are comfortable and homey. I have truly appreciated being able to live here. Aly and Ashley in the office are always willing to work with us whenever we need assistance and they are exceptionally kind!! Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

  The Expo has been a lovely place to live while studying in Billings. The community is phenomenal, the management is extremely responsive and understanding. There are a lot of renter horror stories regarding the surrounding buildings so I’m proud to say I have experienced none of that with The Expo.

  Aly was great. We walked in without a scheduled showing and she was just getting ready to leave for the day and had no problem staying longer and showing us around and making us feel like a priority.

  Honestly let me tell you everything they won’t 🚨🚨🚨THE 5 ⭐️ reviews are fake and transactional! They will give you goodies and rewards and small amount of money off rent for clicking the five star! 🚨🚨 Yes the college is right here but there’s no designated walking path and you will be walking along a very busy road They close the amenities 2/3 weeks late in the beginning of summer and 2/3 weeks early in the end of summer. I believe the pool was open this year for like 60 days. The internet sucks and it’s required for you to pay through them. They billed us 4x the amount for utility they get charged by the city and literally just said oops. The lady at the front office, Ashley or whatever has the nastiest attitude! Will turn everything into a “I’m the victim” “you’re being so rude by calling me rude”, like girl you work in property management get over it and do a good job with people . Be nice to your tenets. Be gracious and understanding, not stone cold, not aggressive. I was feeling really nervous about putting my 30 days in and she basically told me “like are you good” “ you got something on “ —— like yes I do and you’re NOT HELPING! So if you’re looking for a nice office people that will help you and careabout you and your journey here in Billings RUNNNNNNN! RUNNNNN! Like u turn all the way around, there’s nicer places here in Billings that won’t cost you as much. The homes are okay. Nothing super special, there’s tons of construction and hella traffic right along the road. This is 100% a college filled apartment building so if you have a family, I’d try something else. The Maintence men are cool.
